Warning do not buy from this company! I ordered Mother's Day flowers on Thursday to be delivered on Friday. Today is Sunday which is Mother's Day still no flowers! I called Friday, Saturday and now today. Saturday they told me they would be delivered. Nothing! I called they are only offering me 20% of my money back. Placed an order to be delivered on May 7, 2021, received a voicemail on Saturday saying they could not deliver what I wanted but could give me a different delivery date. Why would I need a different delivery date if you can't deliver what I ordered? Called Teleflora and told them I wanted to cancel the order, the **************** rep would not give me a cancellation number but said she cancelled it and i would receive an email. Did not receive an email! First time I have used Teleflora and I will never use them again!

I ordered a mixed basket of potted flowering plants and received a pathetic basket of cut stems of greenery and a few flowers, no live plants at all. This was an obvious attempt at fraud because a florist certainly knows the difference between plants and cut flowers. Teleflora refused to fulfill the order and at first only offered me $15 back, after more complaints they only gave me a 50% refund.

I placed an order almost two weeks in advance and scheduled a delivery for two days prior to Mother's Day. I chose the delivery date knowing how busy it would be on the day before and the day of Mother's Day and hoped this would avoid problems or delays. I received a call and email on the day of delivery. As of this moment, my order has not yet been delivered to the recipient. I placed he order on 04/19 for delivery on 05/07 as this was the day that worked for the recipient. What a disappointment. Take your business somewhere else! I ordered premium flowers for my mom to be delivered on her birthday. Of course she never received it. I placed an order online for a Blush Rush Premium Bouquet to be delivered on 05/07/2021. They ended up delivering a smaller arrangement, the Desert Sunrise bouquet which had a horrible large plastic flower in the front. I visited the website once FOR INFORMATION. Never agreed to a newsletter. Started receiving emails NON-STOP from there (3-4x a day). Emailed to «Âunsubscribe» although I never subscribed. I received the confirmation email. Have never stopped receiving their marketing emails. Teleflora violated my privacy. Make it stop!!

I have used Teleflora MANY times in the past but I just had the worst experience EVER with them! I ordered an arrangement at 9:40 AM on Friday 4/30 for an employee's funeral (calling hours at 3PM on Saturday 5/1). The order was never delivered. When I got to work this morning, there was a voicemail sent on SUNDAY telling me the local florist couldn't fill the order.
