I ordered flowers and paid for same day delivery and it's now two days later and they still haven't arrived. They told me the flower shop would send an expected delivery date after calling **************** 3 times, but I never got any sort of email or text confirmation. I'd like a full refund because they are pointless now.

This was the most disappointing and horrible experience. I ordered flowers one day before it should have been delivered. It never got delivered. I never received a delivery confirmation so I finally called later in the day that it was supposed to be delivered. I was put on hold for almost one hour while they tried to resolve the problem and finally said it was too late in the day for the shop to deliver to a business. I cancelled my membership with Teleflora via mailed letter as instructed by their website and my sales rep in Oct 2020 and they still insist that I owe them money and continue to charge me. They sent me $33.000.00 in orders for 2020 and I was only paid $1,700.00 for the entire year. They are a rip off. Stay away from this company they are a scam.

Had order for 3 days. Substituted flowers the day before. Cancelled order on delivery day! Terrible company

I wish I could give zero stars. Will never use Teleflora again. I ordered a specific arrangement that was on their website for my parents for the holidays and what was delivered was not even close. I would have never ordered what they used as a replacement as it was one of the ugliest things I have ever seen. I contacted Telaflora to complain and was told they could not replace the arrangement because they were 'too busy'. They agreed to only a partial refund. I wish I could give no stars.

Terrible. I was so disappointed hearing that my mother didn't receive her chocolates. I mean, come on... It's in the order! How can you miss that? Unless your delivery driver decided to eat the box and say "screw them, they're paying for it." What a way to begin the year. SO I call them, and the lady on the phone says we will get the chocolates to you. DOESNT give me a time or day, so I was like ok. This was my first time ever using Teleflora. My American Express card had a rebate if I used the deal on their website. I did not have any idea which flower shop they would use, but I assumed it would be a reputable one. I ordered almost $100 worth of flowers for a retirement party. Flowers never showed up, even though I paid extra to have them delivered before 1pm. I can't even begin to describe how bitterly disappointed I am in Teleflora after trusting them to deliver a special bouquet for my mother's milestone birthday. Not only did they fail to deliver the flowers on my mother's birthday (which was the entire point of the order), but they offered me no explanation and no attempt to satisfy my concerns.
