Never received my PayPal refund as promised it would be the same day. Two deliveries of arrangements I didn't order nothing like the online floral arrangements.

What I ordered and what was received looked nothing alike. I ordered roses with holly leaves, berries, pinecones, and pine sprigs in a lovely red glass vase: what was received was an ugly container with a red truck on it, containing a couple of pinecones, carnations and green ferns. Needless to say I will never order from them ever again, lesson learned!

DO NOT USE TELEFLORA!!!!!!!! I purchased a Groupon for Teleflora. First, I had already been to their site and picked out the arrangement I wanted to send. The price was $45.99. Then, they added a $17.99 "service fee." So, I bought the Groupon $20 for $40. When I went to complete the transaction, the price changed and went up $15, so all I saved with a $40 Groupon that cost me $20, was $5. Sadly my mother passed *** her favorite color was purple. I asked to have as much purple as possible. But when it was received it was mostly white with less and totally different flowers then the picture on their website. Also we was supposed to have a 20% discount on a premium package. I ordered flowers for my cousin's funeral. Flowers did not show up. Funeral home has no record of delivery, and family does not have a card representing flowers. A local flower shop told Teleflora flowers were delivered. Teleflora would not give me the flower shop information, but said they would get back to me after said flower shop checked their records. Paid for flower delivery online 24 hours prior to requested delivery. On the day flowers were to be delivered I received a call stating since no flower shops in the city I requested delivery too were open they could not deliver on date requested. Refund would take 7-10 days to receive. This was inaccurate and untrue. I contacted a florist in the city and had flowers delivered on time. This service is worthless, and will be the last time I ever use this company.

Ordered flowers late at night on a Thursday with guaranteed delivery the next day by 5:00 pm. Flowers were for Boss's Day with several people contributing to the arrangement. Called around 3:00 pm to see what was happening as the status kept showing that the flowers were still with the florist with no estimated delivery time. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I get a call the day of the delivery of sympathy flowers that the florist says there is no one at the location with the recipient's name. This is a friend that I have known for over five years, who I have visited. The operator confirmed that I had the right address and phone number and said the order would be redelivered the next day.
