I would not recommend ordering flowers from this business. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday to cheer her up from just losing her twins from early labor. I placed the order on 6/24/2021 to be delivered on 6/26/2021. My daughter texted on 6/27/2021 saying the flowers were never delivered. I called customer services right away and they said the flowers were delivered. I said it was not. They contacted the flower shop and said they were told that the flowers were left at the front door in a box. Mind you my daughter ... read more

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!! I GOT ABSOLUTE **** COMPARED TO WHAT I ORDERED! NEVER AGAIN! SHAME ON ME FOR THINKING THIS WOULD TURN OUT THE WAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO!!!!

I went to Teleflora.ca Inc. site to order flowers. I live in Alberta and the flowers were delivered to Victoria, BC. Nowhere did I see that prices were in US dollars. Because this is a .ca site , I thought I was being charged in Canadian dollars. The order I placed, and viewed, did not say US dollars. I was shocked when I checked my credit card bill to see that $32.00 had been added for US exchange. WHAT A JOKE!! I ordered flowers with Telflora for my anniversary. I have used their company for many years to deliver flowers to my wife's work for her big yearly celebrations (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Anniversary, and her Birthday) in addition to any other situations where I would send flowers. I am very disappointed in this company. I order Mother's Day flowers, and they canceled my delivery the day of delivery. Apparently they had no florist available in my mother's location that could service the request. Should have been told to me before ordering. My mother got nothing for mother's and that's so wrong. She deserved it!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered flower arrangements for my mom a week in advance and brought her the deluxe package. I wasn't worried about the arrangement getting delivered on time because I was also charged a service fee to ensure that it arrived when I wanted it to . Mothers day came, my mom did not receive nothing at all. They didn't even have the decency to call me to even let me know. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on Saturday before Mother's day. I kept being notified they were going to be delivered on the next day until finally on Thursday after Mother's day flowers were delivered. However, I had order the "Basket Full of Whishes (Premium) which is a very large basket. The item that was delivered was so small that it was almost comical.
