Back on 5/5/2021, I've place a $90 order for a butterfly vase of flowers for my daughter for Mother's Day. Delivery was expected May 7-9. No delivery was made during that time. I called Teleflora on Monday, May 10th at 6:30am to let them know that my daughter (who lives with me) never received her flowers for Mother's Day and wanted a refund. I would not recommend to anyone! I ordered a $65 bouquet to be delivered to my 90-year-old aunt for Mother's Day. What arrived was deplorable! It was not an arrangement, flowers were just put into the vase haphazardly. There was no height to it, they were just put into the vase and the arrangement was less than the size of the height of the vase. I will never use them again. I spent a fortune on flowers for my mother in law for mother's day. They whole bouquet died after 8 hours of her receiving them. My mother in law was upset and called them to try and get me a refund. They told her no problem. They called me and their call center agent was impossible to understand in her voicemail. I received the gift of a bouquet today with dead and dying flowers. I have tried contacting the florist who delivered the flowers - they have 3 phone numbers listed on their website and I have called each number numerous times and get a message "User Busy". I have sent an email to Teleflora's ****************. There has been no response. I was using the Live Chat service but was cut off/hung up on when I could not provide the email of the sender. Ordered orchids for Mother's Day. They sent an arrangement that was NOT orchids! Did not contact me about any sort of change prior to delivery. That's 1. horrible communication and 2. bad business practice. Did not receive discount or refund. Did not indicate any change even after delivery. I didn't find out until my mom sent a photo.

Ordered floral arrangement 05/03/2021 for mother's day to be delivered Sat. 05/08/2021, white,yellow,lavender flowers and greenery in clear vase. The gift arrived on time but was ugly orange large flowers in painted orange vase, it was not what was confirmed on web page. Called Teleflora and after 40 minutes of getting passed ****** to different people they agreed to reimburse 20 percent of the 101 dollars I spent. If you are on fixed income as I am it would benefit you to avoid Teleflora. ***** M

Warning do not buy from this company! I ordered Mother's Day flowers on Thursday to be delivered on Friday. Today is Sunday which is Mother's Day still no flowers! I called Friday, Saturday and now today. Saturday they told me they would be delivered. Nothing! I called they are only offering me 20% of my money back. Placed an order to be delivered on May 7, 2021, received a voicemail on Saturday saying they could not deliver what I wanted but could give me a different delivery date. Why would I need a different delivery date if you can't deliver what I ordered? Called Teleflora and told them I wanted to cancel the order, the **************** rep would not give me a cancellation number but said she cancelled it and i would receive an email. Did not receive an email! First time I have used Teleflora and I will never use them again!

I ordered a mixed basket of potted flowering plants and received a pathetic basket of cut stems of greenery and a few flowers, no live plants at all. This was an obvious attempt at fraud because a florist certainly knows the difference between plants and cut flowers. Teleflora refused to fulfill the order and at first only offered me $15 back, after more complaints they only gave me a 50% refund.
