Ordered flowers for a funeral with over 24 hours advance notice but indicated that service began at 9 am but delivery on prior day would be okay. Was assured it would be no problem. They accepted my payment then could not find a florist that would accept the delivery for that cost. They guaranteed me a price and would not make good on the agreement. I talked to the local florist and they saw the order and denied it. Teleflora said they tried to contact the florist for 3 days and could not. They lied to me.

I wish I could give them a 0 stars. I ordered flowers for a funeral a week before the service. On Friday I got an email saying they would be one day late. The day of the funeral so ok.... still works. One hour before the funeral I got a phone call stating they can't find a florest. One hour before the funeral.... really? They said they were sorry but sounded about as sincere as rock. Made it sound like I should be ***** the are refunding me. Worst **************** ever.

If I could do 0 stars I would. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! I ordered two standard bouquets and only one got delivered upon calling **************** several times they did not have any solution for this. I dont ever leave reviews, but this is ridiculous. I ordered flowers for a friend on 9/13/21 for delivery on 9/16/21 before noon. I place the order, get my friend a nice big $100+ order with a balloon; somethin really nice cause she deserves it and has been my best friend for the last 5 years and both have helped each other in many ways. This is the WORST floral company!!!! I ordered an arrangement for my 94 year old mother that looked like a pink birthday cake. She got a small vase with yellow lillys and a hydrangea. She associates lillys with death. ***** Birthday.... I would have expected a contact call if they could not fill the order and would have been ***** to order roses in her favorite pink. Poorly done and made a joyous occasion pretty disappointing. SHAME
