Disastrous service. Placed an order for the delivery in Virginia for the next day, it turns out, there very not able to deliver... what a service!!! Avoid by all means, if possible!

I placed an order for same day delivery for a birthday purchase and I received a notification in an email telling me that the delivery was made. It was not. I was home and not a delivery was received. I called the 1-800 #. Waiting for a response back on where my purchase was sent?! I will be calling my credit card company to disregard the charge from my VISA.

I had ordered a bouquet of flowers in a vase for my sister and it was not even close to the description of what I ordered . They got delivered a few days late also . When I called they offered me a 20% off on this purchase but I never received the discount . I called **************** five times and got the run around . Absolutely terrible **************** . I will not be ordering from them again and they needed to follow through with my discount . Flowers bouquets are not cheap and this one wasn't what I ordered.

I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before funeral. I just got off a long online chat that got me nowhere. The flowers were not delivered even though I was told they were. First, they couldn't reach the florist. Then the flowers were delivered. I asked for delivery confirmation to be forwarded to me. I got something that looked like the guy just typed it up himself. I ordered Flowers twice for different people at Christmas 2020. I continually get email ads that I don't want , I have unsubscribed every time I get one . I got my latest adv today 4/14/2021. I have contacted and complained on face book to no avail. They keep telling me it takes 10 days to stop ads , it has now been 4 1/2 months of annoying ads. I would never recommend this company and most certainly wont order from them again. ******* ****

I am so unimpressed with this company. I ordered a bouquet pictured with mostly dark orange roses with a few pink daises; however, what was delivered was all yellow daises with two orange roses and a bunch of green leaf filler. It actually looked like one of those super cheap bouquets you pick up from the store for $5.00. Actually, this looked even cheaper than that. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my house by a specific florist in the area. I ordered premium and paid the price. The flowers sent were sent by a different florist, that I have never heard of for obvious reasons. The flowers were not even remotely close to the ones ordered. I asked for them to pick them up and give me a refund. They gave me a 50% refund and said to keep the flowers! The flowers are not worth 1/4 of what I paid! DO NOT USE TELAFLORA!!!

I placed a same day delivery order through teleflora.com to be delivered on April 8th. I received a phone call stating they could not deliver them that day, asking me if they could deliver the next day. I agreed. The next day I get a call telling me they could not deliver that day either and asking if they could deliver the next day which would be the 10th by that time. The worst company ever. I ordered flowers last week for my Grandmother for Easter. They should have been there by Monday. I called Monday afternoon and the phone rep told me that they would get there before 7 that night. I called Tuesday morning. The rep apologized. She called to the florists and she told me that it was going to be a priority. Tuesday evening I called and they said it was on the schedule to deliver and the would refund my half of what I paid.
