I placed a flower order on 2/26, to be delivered on 2/27, for the loss of a very close family member. I received an email on 2/27 that the order couldn't be filled and I rescheduled the delivery to 3/1. I received another email on 3/1 that the order still couldn't be filled, still no reason as to why they couldn't fill the order. As he has done for many years, my husband ordered three Christmas floral arrangements. One order was refunded as the flowers were not deliverable. I ordered flowers and paid for same day delivery and it's now two days later and they still haven't arrived. They told me the flower shop would send an expected delivery date after calling **************** 3 times, but I never got any sort of email or text confirmation. I'd like a full refund because they are pointless now.

This was the most disappointing and horrible experience. I ordered flowers one day before it should have been delivered. It never got delivered. I never received a delivery confirmation so I finally called later in the day that it was supposed to be delivered. I was put on hold for almost one hour while they tried to resolve the problem and finally said it was too late in the day for the shop to deliver to a business. I cancelled my membership with Teleflora via mailed letter as instructed by their website and my sales rep in Oct 2020 and they still insist that I owe them money and continue to charge me. They sent me $33.000.00 in orders for 2020 and I was only paid $1,700.00 for the entire year. They are a rip off. Stay away from this company they are a scam.

I wish I could give zero stars. Will never use Teleflora again. I ordered a specific arrangement that was on their website for my parents for the holidays and what was delivered was not even close. I would have never ordered what they used as a replacement as it was one of the ugliest things I have ever seen. I contacted Telaflora to complain and was told they could not replace the arrangement because they were 'too busy'. They agreed to only a partial refund. I wish I could give no stars.
