I ordered flowers to be delivered to my house by a specific florist in the area. I ordered premium and paid the price. The flowers sent were sent by a different florist, that I have never heard of for obvious reasons. The flowers were not even remotely close to the ones ordered. I asked for them to pick them up and give me a refund. They gave me a 50% refund and said to keep the flowers! The flowers are not worth 1/4 of what I paid! DO NOT USE TELAFLORA!!!

I placed a same day delivery order through teleflora.com to be delivered on April 8th. I received a phone call stating they could not deliver them that day, asking me if they could deliver the next day. I agreed. The next day I get a call telling me they could not deliver that day either and asking if they could deliver the next day which would be the 10th by that time. The worst company ever. I ordered flowers last week for my Grandmother for Easter. They should have been there by Monday. I called Monday afternoon and the phone rep told me that they would get there before 7 that night. I called Tuesday morning. The rep apologized. Horrible, sad experience where a little sick child did not get flowers from her Nana. I ordered on Thursday morning for a Sat delivery the day she would be home from hospital. Plently of time to contact the florist and make certain everything was OK. They did not let me know until that night they were not delivered. Never had a florist not deliver flowers for a birthday. This teleflora company should be closed. Terrible service. No phone call for why they couldn't deliver. Will never use this company again.

Our Cousin's Funeral was yesterday. She was 44 years old. All of us cousins ordered a floral arrangement through Teleflora a week before the funeral. The flowers were to be delivered to the funeral home the day before the funeral. THE FLORAL ARRANGEMENT WAS NEVER DELIVERED! All of the cousins were so upset. How can this happen? I am so disappointed and angry with Teleflora. I had ordered flowers for my daughter on March 17 for her birthday the following day March 18. I was guaranteed delivery by 7 PM. She was leaving her home for a flight at 7:00PM so I figured at least see would her something nice before she left. I spoke to ***** who apparently is a supervisor who had the worst attitude. Teleflora are not to be trusted. Do not order from them. They took my order for valentine flowers and told me they would be delivered in 2 days. 24 hours later they called to tell me delivery would be 2 days late - their explanation was that at the time of order they can't confirm delivery with the local florist.
