I placed an order almost two weeks in advance and scheduled a delivery for two days prior to Mother's Day. I chose the delivery date knowing how busy it would be on the day before and the day of Mother's Day and hoped this would avoid problems or delays. I received a call and email on the day of delivery. As of this moment, my order has not yet been delivered to the recipient. I placed he order on 04/19 for delivery on 05/07 as this was the day that worked for the recipient. I have called **************** four times to follow up: 1st call- 05/07/202 at 6:20pm- called to inquire about delivery. What a disappointment. Take your business somewhere else! I ordered premium flowers for my mom to be delivered on her birthday. Of course she never received it. So i called teleflora only to find out that the shop did not have the specific arrangement. My questions is why did i not get notified? I ordered it least 1 week out. I placed an order online for a Blush Rush Premium Bouquet to be delivered on 05/07/2021. They ended up delivering a smaller arrangement, the Desert Sunrise bouquet which had a horrible large plastic flower in the front. I visited the website once FOR INFORMATION. Never agreed to a newsletter. Started receiving emails NON-STOP from there (3-4x a day). Emailed to «Âunsubscribe» although I never subscribed. I received the confirmation email. Have never stopped receiving their marketing emails. Teleflora violated my privacy. Make it stop!!

I have used Teleflora MANY times in the past but I just had the worst experience EVER with them! I ordered an arrangement at 9:40 AM on Friday 4/30 for an employee's funeral (calling hours at 3PM on Saturday 5/1). The order was never delivered. When I got to work this morning, there was a voicemail sent on SUNDAY telling me the local florist couldn't fill the order. If I could leave a negative star review I would. My AMEX card was offering a special discount for Teleflora. Ordered by phone, assured of delivery date. Didn't arrive despite email. Promised next day. Did not arrive. Occasion missed. Very upset. Ordered flowers locally and guess what same exact price. Coupon code a farse. $82 of nothing! Employees struggled to speak and understand English. Terrible company taking advantage of people.

I ordered flowers 5 days I advance for my mother and father's anniversary. I was guaranteed they would be delivered on the date I had requested. NO FLOWERS!!!! I called teleflors 2 times inquiring and they said they were on the truck for delivery. It is now 7:40pm AND NO FLOWERS!!!!! NEVER USE THESE JERKS AND LIARS.
