Will never order flowers thru them again! My sister order 3 different arrangements for my daughter while in the hospital undergoing surgery. The flowers that were delivered were looked like they came from a grocery store. They were all 3 exactly the same arrangements same vase with same flowers in all three. The flowers aren't even the same colors that we ordered. Not even close to what was ordered. She was suppose to get balloons and didn't get them as well. The flowers cost $328 and I maybe would have paid $22 each

I Ordered flowers for the 25th because she is leaving her mom's in Florida for home in Kentucky on Thursday the 26th. That's why I ordered 2 days ahead should have given enough time to prepare the flowers and plan for delivery today. I am not real ***** about this situation. Had I checked your reviews I do not think I would have done this, the reviews were with the BBB, that should have told me more than enough. I ordered flowers for my birthday a week in advance. When it came to the day that they were supposed to be delivered, I didn't have anything at 4pm. I called and customer service tried to get ahold of the local florist who didn't pick up. They said they had "until 7pm" for them to be delivered and to just wait. I got an auto generated email at 6:00pm saying the flowers had been delivered, but they were nowhere to be found. If you want spam delivered to your email account then Teleflora is your company. I ordered flowers from them almost two months ago and have been spammed everyday since then. I have tried to unsubscribe twice (for some stupid reason they claim it takes 10 days for this to have an effect....hey guys, this is 21st century databases....it should be instant). I placed an order for flowers to be delivered. They could not deliver flowers on the day they were promised to be delivered. Called Teleflora and they could not get an answer from florist. This has gone on for two days. I asked for the Florist information so I could contact them they were unable to provide this information. They could not give a new delivery time. The quality of flowers ordered in Teleflora's premium of Magnificent Mauves Bouquet floral arrangement and was beyond disappointing. I felt ripped off when my friend received her flowers for her sister's funeral that consisted primarily of daisies and carnations. I paid for higher end flowers and received the cheapest of substitutions. I did email Teleflora directly and received a generic response that my order may differ from what was pictured. I purchased an arrangement with a Zen garden theme and the arrangement that was delivered by the local North Carolina florist was not comparable in price nor in the selected flowers. In an attempt to rectify the situation and being a repeat customer I was given only $19 as a credit. This was very disappointing and I would not support this business again. Some florists no longer do business with Teleflora but the Teleflora website is still running and accepting orders. Teleflora needs to take down these sites and stop inconveniencing and confusing people

BAD Teleflora business practice. '0' Stars - made me insert a 1 star but does not deserve it. I ordered an arrangement and a specific date for delivery.
