Horrible, sad experience where a little sick child did not get flowers from her Nana. I ordered on Thursday morning for a Sat delivery the day she would be home from hospital. Plently of time to contact the florist and make certain everything was OK. They did not let me know until that night they were not delivered. Gave me the option of Monday which was not acceptable but what choice did I have? Had they told me earlier they could not deliver I could have ordered elsewhere. I will never order flowers fromTELEFLORA Ever again. They are thieves. They say they deliver your order. Its a lie. They can't even admit they delivered to the wrong address. They stoled my money and refuse to give me a refund. No one at the My Aunts 80th Birthday Party saw any flowers delivered to her. They ruined my surprise for her 80th. Anyway they are a horrible Company. Do not do business with them. **************** is a joke. They want to argue like children. Shameful liars

Never had a florist not deliver flowers for a birthday. This teleflora company should be closed. Terrible service. No phone call for why they couldn't deliver. Will never use this company again.

Our Cousin's Funeral was yesterday. She was 44 years old. All of us cousins ordered a floral arrangement through Teleflora a week before the funeral. The flowers were to be delivered to the funeral home the day before the funeral. THE FLORAL ARRANGEMENT WAS NEVER DELIVERED! All of the cousins were so upset. How can this happen? I am so disappointed and angry with Teleflora. I had ordered flowers for my daughter on March 17 for her birthday the following day March 18. I was guaranteed delivery by 7 PM. She was leaving her home for a flight at 7:00PM so I figured at least see would her something nice before she left. I spoke to ***** who apparently is a supervisor who had the worst attitude. Teleflora are not to be trusted. Do not order from them. They took my order for valentine flowers and told me they would be delivered in 2 days. 24 hours later they called to tell me delivery would be 2 days late - their explanation was that at the time of order they can't confirm delivery with the local florist. No discount was offered and I had to request one. 24 hours later they emailed me to cancel my order as it could not be carried out by the local florist. They informed me I would receive a refund. I placed a flower order on 2/26, to be delivered on 2/27, for the loss of a very close family member. I received an email on 2/27 that the order couldn't be filled and I rescheduled the delivery to 3/1. I received another email on 3/1 that the order still couldn't be filled, still no reason as to why they couldn't fill the order. When I called that same day they guaranteed me they would be delivered on 3/2. Yet again, I received another email on 3/2 saying my order is cancelled and I "should" get a refund. As he has done for many years, my husband ordered three Christmas floral arrangements. One order was refunded as the flowers were not deliverable. The other two orders were delivered, but were not at all what we had selected. We were very disappointed this year. I'm not at all sure we'll use Teleflora next year. P. Faustini
