NEVER AGAIN!! I will never use TeleFlora again. I found a beautiful arrangement on their website and ordered it as a 50th birthday gift for someone very special. While it was delivered same day, it looks NOTHING like the photo advertised, not even the colors, has very few flowers, and is mostly filler greens. I'm so embarrassed! I made 2 orders that were to be delivered before Christmas through Victoris Decorations in Springfield VA. They or Teleflora refunded my money without notifying me that the orders would not be filled. They blame each other. That is unprofessional, as I did not have notice of a change in my plans. Absolutely disgusted with this business! Nothing but a hassle I ordered two things to be delivered by the 21st to my daughter. First thing was a beautiful fruit and snack basket for $112 , she was delivered a basket with 1 orange, 1 banana, a bottle of bbq sauce and a bottle of hot sauce, 1 off brand chocolate bar.. when I called they offered 30%off... I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a Premium Christmas centerpiece and what I got appeared to be a $20 thrown together hot mess out of a DIY "Nailed It" video. I contacted them immediately. The rep on the phone said she could offer me a 40% refund and then offered 50%. I said no way will that work. I asked for her supervisor which offered 70%. I placed an order for an arrangement that included carnations for my wife's birthday. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a floral delivery for my parents, and it stated it was delivered on the website. My parents never received their flowers. I submitted a claim on the website, only to receive an email the delivery was confirmed. Calling their corporate hotline was a nightmare. Omg I am so upset and angry with the arrangement that was sent to my dads home. I purchased a $103.00 deck the halls tree for Christmas. It's his only tree because he is to old to put one up. I've had mixed experiences with Teleflora. Sometimes they choose a florist that doesn't have the item you order, not even anything that looks close to it. When I send a photo and explain that the arrangement sent is unsatisfactory, they don't rectify the situation. Most recently, they offered me a $15 refund on an arrangement that cost $75.
