Everyone my mother had her 67 birthday which she is on hospice this will be her last birthday. I ordered flowers to have them delivered to her. It's the only thing she wants to look at being she can't go outside. She is completely heart failure only 30% working. I get email flowers been delivered, nope they were not delivered at all. This has ruined everything I had set up for the last celebration she will have. I spent my last dime on this for her. Ordered two sets of sympathy's flowers for my brothers(38)funeral. One to my mom for the loss of her son from my children and one from my dad. $300 worth of flowers and they were not delivered. Funeral was at 10am and got an email at 9:43am that they would not be delivered. I doubled down on the phone that they would 100% be delivered in time for funeral. I ordered a sympathy assortment for delivery on 1/4. The florist never arrived, but sent me an email as if it was delivered. When I called the next day (1/5) and spoke with a Teleflora agent, they contacted the florist who said it would be delivered that day, as early as possible. As of 4 o'clock when they hadn't arrived, I called Teleflora again. The florist said they couldn't make delivery today (even though they'd promised it) and it would be tomorrow. I ordered a $64.99 floral arrangement. What arrived was a joke. I also paid for a box of chocolates and they sent an expired candy bar. I requested a refund since my total was $94.12 and the offered a $37.45 credit. They are awful.

Ordered a fruit basket with poinsetta for mother in law with a delivery date of Dec 20th. Was not delivered. Called and they said nobody was home and they would try again the next day. Next day, late in the day no basket so I call and was told delivery time for that area is between 2:15 &7 pm. 7:15 still no flowers. Then I received an email saying they were hand delivered. Teleflora is not a florist. They are a clearinghouse service working with a network of florist to whom they make referrals. If you do a web search you will find a number of past legal actions involving them. On Google all their customer reviews are negative. Unfortunately I learned this after the fact. In my case for Christmas I order a, deluxe table arrangement for $75 plus addition charges. What was delivered bore no resemblance to the picture or dimensions on their website. Giving this business a one star is still way too much. I ordered flowers for a funeral and the flowers never showed up. Telefloral didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me they couldn't do it so there I was at a funeral with no flowers. I feel like I at least deserved to courtesy call.

What I ordered: Candy Cane Christmas deluxe (see website) What was delivered: NO basket, NO candy canes, NO red and white stripped flowers, NO holiday ribbon What was the same? Greens in the basket and off red berries So disappointed -always send the kids a candy cane basket; I contacted the florist who made it in Hinsdale, IL and suggested maybe they got orders switched since it isn't even close. So far, no response. Contacted Telefora as this feels like Bait and Switch. So far no response. Wish this site allowed pictures.

Do not order from Teleflora. On 12/15/21, I placed an order for a sympathy plant dish to be delivered BY 1 PM on 12/16 (there was an extra charge for this). It never arrived. A had several emails with Teleflora, still no delivery. On 12/17 I called Teleflora and was told they would transfer to another florist and I was promised the order would be delivered TODAY. They would not give me the florist's name. I requested the new order number and was told I would receive an email that contained the new order number. No new email ... read more
