If I could do 0 stars I would. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! I ordered two standard bouquets and only one got delivered upon calling **************** several times they did not have any solution for this. All they would do is try to contact the florist and put you on hold only to come back and say "the florist isn't answering so when we can get a hold of them we'll give you a call back" it's been 2 days since the flowers were suppose to be delivered so I requested to refund my money back & their response is, "we will bring this ... read more

I dont ever leave reviews, but this is ridiculous. I ordered flowers for a friend on 9/13/21 for delivery on 9/16/21 before noon. I place the order, get my friend a nice big $100+ order with a balloon; somethin really nice cause she deserves it and has been my best friend for the last 5 years and both have helped each other in many ways. All anxious I go to check the status of the order 9/16 morning and it now says CANCELLED. I never received an email or phone call about cancellation or anything. This is the 2nd time I have used the company and the order was not delivered on time. I was promised a refund and never received it.

I ordered flowers on 09/02/2021. The flowers were for my mother's birthday. They were to be delivered on 09/10/2021 . At around 6:00 pm on 09/10/2021 I contacted Teleflora **************** via phone because my mother hadn't received her flowers yet. I was told that the florist had until 7:00 pm to deliver the flowers. 7:00 pm came and my mother never received her flowers. This is the WORST floral company!!!! I ordered an arrangement for my 94 year old mother that looked like a pink birthday cake. She got a small vase with yellow lillys and a hydrangea. She associates lillys with death. ***** Birthday.... I would have expected a contact call if they could not fill the order and would have been ***** to order roses in her favorite pink. Poorly done and made a joyous occasion pretty disappointing. SHAME

Will never order flowers thru them again! My sister order 3 different arrangements for my daughter while in the hospital undergoing surgery. The flowers that were delivered were looked like they came from a grocery store. They were all 3 exactly the same arrangements same vase with same flowers in all three. The flowers aren't even the same colors that we ordered. Not even close to what was ordered. She was suppose to get balloons and didn't get them as well. The flowers cost $328 and I maybe would have paid $22 each

I Ordered flowers for the 25th because she is leaving her mom's in Florida for home in Kentucky on Thursday the 26th. That's why I ordered 2 days ahead should have given enough time to prepare the flowers and plan for delivery today. I am not real ***** about this situation. Had I checked your reviews I do not think I would have done this, the reviews were with the BBB, that should have told me more than enough. I ordered flowers for my birthday a week in advance. When it came to the day that they were supposed to be delivered, I didn't have anything at 4pm. I called and customer service tried to get ahold of the local florist who didn't pick up. They said they had "until 7pm" for them to be delivered and to just wait. I got an auto generated email at 6:00pm saying the flowers had been delivered, but they were nowhere to be found. If you want spam delivered to your email account then Teleflora is your company. I ordered flowers from them almost two months ago and have been spammed everyday since then. I have tried to unsubscribe twice (for some stupid reason they claim it takes 10 days for this to have an effect....hey guys, this is 21st century databases....it should be instant).
