If I could give 0 stars I would. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! I ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral, I called because I haven't received an email of confirmation. I gave them everything I used to place the order, to be told they don't have an order for me. BUT THEY WERE QUICK to charge my card. When I told them I want a refund, I was told they couldn't because they don't have any of my information in the system. How is that possible if u charged my card I'm confused!

Paid premium for a product, and then another premium for an exact day delivery which was offered for the day I needed.. I got a call at 1pm the day it was to be delivered stating that my order could not be delivered this day??!! Thanks for ruining my sisters birthday gift from me. On top of it they first tried to refund less then what I paid.. I messaged and confronted them .. they added the extra difference.. Today i checked my banking and the refund is gone .. I ordered a deluxe bouquet for my friend since she lives far from me. What I got vs what was delivered was absolutely unacceptable. She received a small bouquet that I could get at the 99 cent store. I sent the company a picture of the bouquet and asked them to honor what they said they were going to deliver. They gave me $12 back. Worst service ever. False advertisement. And for a huge price. This company is a total scam! I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday & get a confirmation that they would be delivered same day. I didn't hear anything from my sister regarding receiving her flowers so I tracked the order only to find out it was CANCELED!! I tried calling but couldn't get through so I chatted with their so called "experts" which was a waste because all she could tell me was to call the toll free number! Teleflora is absolutely the worse online company I have ever delt with. **************** is totally non existent. I ordered flowers on April 3 for same day delivery and paid an additional $15 dollars for delivery by 1:00PM. It was for my 79 year old sister for her birthday. She was in rehab after just having been released from intensive care following surgery where she almost died. I ordered flowers on March 16th to be delivered the 18th for a friend's birthday. Needless to say they never got there. They just kept giving me all these excuses as to why they couldn't get delivered. Kept pushing it back and pushing it back. Finally I just canceled my order. Still haven't gotten a refund. I ordered some place else. So disappointed.

This business is a total joke!! My boyfriend ordered me flowers for our anniversary and the took the liberty of just canceling the order and the reason being was "for my protection" which makes No sense!!!! HORRIBLE!! Will NEVER order from here ever!! RUN FAR AWAY from this company!!!

Ordered flowers. Got a confirmation of delivery however they weren't delivered. Called and teleforal said they would have the florist send another bouquet the next morning. Nothing came! I called again and was told I needed to fe a complaint and they would see what happened. So I have no flowers for a once in a life time occasion and a company taking my money and telling me to try to get it back. Shoppers beware!

Worst experience ever flowers first off weren't delivered on delivery date requested but the following day. When the flowers arrived it was not what I had ordered and looked like they were already dying. I ordered the be ***** bouquet paid $72.51 for it and received 6 half dead roses and some babies breath. When I left them know about the order. They refunded me $14.50 for for it. Do NOT use this company it's a waste of time and you will be disappointed.
