I have ordered from Teleflora twice and both times they said delivery was attempted on the day delivery was requested and I never received my items. The most recent was for my brothers funeral. I ordered a spray for the alter asked for it to be delivered the day before to allow for any mishaps and of course, I didn't get the order. If I could give no stars I would. They have cancelled my order three times in three months... they take me off there "fraud list" each time and offer me 50% my next order then never deliver. Best part is they send a 10% email each day after you order but was told they can't send a cancellation email according to their legal department. This business is flawed all the way through. I ordered a blanket of flowers for my Mother's casket. It was to be delivered in 2 days. The night before the flowers were to be delivered, I received an email after 11:00 pm that they were unable to fulfill order and my refund would be in 2 to 7 days!! Not only were we already overwhelmed with the funeral arrangements but now we had to find flowers elsewhere at the last minute! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Everyone my mother had her 67 birthday which she is on hospice this will be her last birthday. I ordered flowers to have them delivered to her. Ordered two sets of sympathy's flowers for my brothers(38)funeral. One to my mom for the loss of her son from my children and one from my dad. $300 worth of flowers and they were not delivered. Funeral was at 10am and got an email at 9:43am that they would not be delivered. I doubled down on the phone that they would 100% be delivered in time for funeral. I ordered a sympathy assortment for delivery on 1/4. The florist never arrived, but sent me an email as if it was delivered. When I called the next day (1/5) and spoke with a Teleflora agent, they contacted the florist who said it would be delivered that day, as early as possible.
