Spent $69 for something that looked like a $5 bouquet from the grocery store. Worst arrangement I have ever received. That was the premium, I can't begin to imagine what the standard looked like, a dead stick I imagine. I will never purchase anything from here again. Total waste of money.

We decided to end our business with teleflora. Today (2/21/2022) we get a call from a collection agency stating we owe **** dollars. We printed our statements. The statement said amount due was just south of *** dollars and due by 2/25/2022. Teleflora is horrible for any florist starting out.

I ordered Flowers, teddy bear, candy, balloons, cards for my wife for valentines day and for her to receive it on that day to no avail my wife didn't receive anything on that day at all this purchase was priced at 195.00 and they stated to me that they can only give me a 30% discount which was terrible I will never use teleflora ever again this was one terrible experience which caused me such a great pain throughout the process.

I booked flowers a few days ago on Teleflora, I paid extra service fee ****** to make sure it would be delivered on Valentine's day. I also called customer service to confirm it will be delivered on that day. And it's never happened. It's never delivered. If I could rate Teleflora a 0, I would. I ordered a bouquet for my mother that was supposed to be 1 doz long stem red roses. Instead she received daisies, snapdragons, a gerber daisy or two and a few pink roses. Now granted, Teleflora has the right to substitute based on availability. However there is a pretty big difference between long stem red roses and what was delivered including the value not being even close to commensurate.

I ordered a bouquet, on line from Teleflora, for a friend in a nursing home. When I was told she never got them, I contacted Telaflora who argued that they had been delivered to the front desk. Four employees confirmed nothing was delivered. Two days later they were found left outside in front of an unused exterior door and were wilted. My friend sent me a photo. STAY AWAY from this company i ordered from Teleflora 4 orders next day delivery as they promise, here is what happened next day around 7PM i got notification that my order has been delivered in front of my house HAND DELIVERED i go outside nothing made bunch of phone calls they dont know what they doing i got notification on my phone from my CC company for 50% refund but the flowers never got delivered
