My sister and I placed an order for an arrangement to be sent to the FUNERAL HOME for our Great Aunt's FUNERAL! We paid extra for EXPIDITED delivery BEFORE 1PM! Teleflora happily took my money and assured it would arrive before 1PM the next day. The arrangement NEVER left the florist (although after doing research, it is quite possible the Teleflora never sent out the order to a Florist). I ordered a bouquet for Mother's day. I paid the premium delivery charges to arrive on Mother's day. On that day the tracking on the website showed "it is being delivered". We waited and waited to check every 30 minutes. Until at 7 PM the tracking changed to "Delivered". Nobody rang the bell or knocked on the door. I went out and checked, nothing in front of the house. My mother passed **** May X XXXX and I ordered her full floral arrangement on the same day. The funeral was May 10, 2022 and it was requested that the arrangement arrive at 1:00pm as then it would be there by the time the wake begins. The floral arrangement did not get to the funeral home until about 3:45PM and I think I'm being generous with that time. I ordered get well flowers and they were never delivered I place my order on X- XX -XXXX to be delivered on X-X-X -XXXX they were never delivered it is now X-XX -XXXX and still no flowers now the recipient knows they are to receive the flowers and have been waiting every day this was supposed to be a surprise they get well surprise for after that major surgery I have called several times and spoke to supervisors and still no flowers I am very very upset this is not the way to treat your customers or run a business

I placed an order of flowers on 5/9 for a late Mother's Day. It was to arrive day-of, so I paid the amount that I needed in order to get this done. Then, they contacted me a day after and said that the flowers have not been delivered, and they wanted to deliver it on 5/11. I told them I wanted a partial refund for not being on time, which they gave to me. I ordered the Whimsical Dragonfly bouquet with a dragonfly pitcher style vase for my mom on Mother's Day. I realize the company says they can substitute if they have to but what they delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. I took the time to order what I picked because the style and flowers are her favorite. I got neither. It wasn't even similar. Very disappointed, to say the least.

I placed an order that never arrived. After calling multiple times to find out what happened (no one knew), I was told by the "Manager" on duty they would still have flowers delivered at no cost for the inconvenience. Of course, this was a lie and nothing was ever done about it. When I tried to contact the owner (The Wonderful Company), they were just as rude and dismissive, and I still have not heard back after sending a lengthy email detailing my experience. The worst **************** experience ever.

We order sprays and casket flowers to be delivered to the cemetery for my dad on 5/5/2022. Nothing was delivered. However, the next day I got a message where do I want my flowers to be delivered. If it would be for the birthday or any other ***** occasion, I would understand. But this was the last time I would see my dad. I wanted this last time to be very special. If I could leave a zero start I would! My husband and I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother in law for Mother's day. It was supposed to be delivered on 5/7 on Mother's day and received an email on a day later 5/8 that the flower wasn't delivered. I called them to see if they can deliver a flower soon and they said they can only deliver on 5/10 and that's the earliest day they can deliver so I agreed.
