I was fraudulently charged by Teleflora. The total amount onscreen showed $64. When processed, the total amount was $70. This is an absolutely deplorable act by Teleflora. I never agreed to the amount charged. I am filing all kinds of complaints right now. This is illegal.

Ordered a large poinsettia for my sister (based on picture). The order was left at the door (no door bell was rung, people were home) in freezing weather and when it was found was DEAD plus it was not what I ordered. Instead of one large poinsettia it was two small ones in a basket. Called **************** and was told they would contact the florist and have another plant delivered the next day. THAT DELIVERY NEVER HAPPENED. Called **************** again and she offered no help to resolve the problem nor did she say anything... read more

1 Star is too high a rating. The flowers delivered were not what I ordered. They were left on the doorstep (no doorbell was rung) in the freezing weather and consequently died upon being brought into the home. Teleflora offered a 30% discount on the order, no replacement, and my sister got dead flowers for her birthday. HORRIBLE product, service, and non-resolution! I'll never order from them again.

Fake business and reviews. They specifically give you a calendar of availability and charge you accordingly. THEN they see if there are any local florists available to fill the order. If not, they call you AFTER your order was supposed to be delivered and say "sorry, we couldn't fulfill it." Then when you ask where you can leave a review, they give you an email address. They prompt reviews on the website right after you place your order - before they have a chance to mess it up and show you that they're just a B.S. agency th... read more

I placed an order for same day delivery (paid xtra). It wasn't delivered. I called next day , they had wrong address . I never got an email, so they delivered it a day late . I had the recipient send me a picture of the arrangement it looked nothing like what I had ordered. I was embarrassed of it, and very disappointed. The money you pay for it and to have it look like they went in their yard and pulled weeds. I will not recommend that company to anyone.

I ordered a Christmas display for my mother and father-in-law, what they received was nothing at all what I ordered. I contacted the company and let them know that I was very disappointed. I asked them for a refund or to send them what I originally ordered. The total bill for shipping and handling was $80.08 they refunded me $24.02.

I ordered flowers for someone's birthday / Veterans Day. I got an email said it was delivered , never got them! I call that day for them to tell me they were not deliverable to that address . I live at that same address, they told me to confirm and I did . They said they will give a 30% discount. Wow cool. But still never received the flowers, I asked for the company they said they can't disclose that I formation but when I bought the flowers it gave it to me then.... I ordered two arrangements to be delivered on December 20. One was delivered on the 13th of December. Not only was the recipient not there, teleflora sends me an email expressing their need for excellence and offers me a ***** credit back to my card. This is completely unacceptable,just because the florist did not see or read the delivery date I should not have to pay for flowers. I want a full refund. I will never order from Teleflora again,

I ordered flowers for a funeral. The flowers were a day late. Also the flower was not as advertised. I ordered a casket spray but received an arrangement in a vase. The **************** was not helpful and added stress to a very sad and stressful situation.
