I ordered flowers for my grandmothers 90th bday 5 days beforehand. I got confirmation from them and it said flowers would be delivered 7/27. Flowers didn't arrive by that day of 7:30. I called Teleflora and they said if they aren't delivered that day they would give me 30% refund. I said it's now 8:30 at night the flowers won't be delivered. Oh where to begin? Let's start with ordering two separate Sympathy arrangements to be sent to two different residences (but next door to each other) to only have one delivered and not the other. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM!!! I paid for a **** standing spray. They take your money and don't deliver and can't tell you about the florist or anything when asking about your order. They send delivery confirmation on time and nothing has been delivered. I ordered a Father's Day gift basket for my son who is a father for the first time. I ordered on June 16th and asked for it to be delivered on the 17th. That did NOT HAPPEN. I had 3 fraudulent charges placed on Checking acct 5/13. Two companies refund my acct within days. This company has yet to refund my acct. if $113.11. They sent me a confirming that my acct Will be fully refund with 2-10 business days. I Spoke with Brenda in fraud dept who also state that it look like it was fraud because of they couldn't look up my acct by phone number. She also stated again on the 5/16 the iacct would be refund.
