This company is a total scam! I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday & get a confirmation that they would be delivered same day. I didn't hear anything from my sister regarding receiving her flowers so I tracked the order only to find out it was CANCELED!! I tried calling but couldn't get through so I chatted with their so called "experts" which was a waste because all she could tell me was to call the toll free number! I called the number and the rep answers and I give her my order number where she proceeds to put me on ... read more

Teleflora is absolutely the worse online company I have ever delt with. **************** is totally non existent. I ordered flowers on April 3 for same day delivery and paid an additional $15 dollars for delivery by 1:00PM. It was for my 79 year old sister for her birthday. She was in rehab after just having been released from intensive care following surgery where she almost died. I ordered flowers on March 16th to be delivered the 18th for a friend's birthday. Needless to say they never got there. They just kept giving me all these excuses as to why they couldn't get delivered. Kept pushing it back and pushing it back. Finally I just canceled my order. Still haven't gotten a refund. I ordered some place else. So disappointed.

This business is a total joke!! My boyfriend ordered me flowers for our anniversary and the took the liberty of just canceling the order and the reason being was "for my protection" which makes No sense!!!! HORRIBLE!! Will NEVER order from here ever!! RUN FAR AWAY from this company!!!

Ordered flowers. Got a confirmation of delivery however they weren't delivered. Called and teleforal said they would have the florist send another bouquet the next morning. Nothing came! I called again and was told I needed to fe a complaint and they would see what happened. So I have no flowers for a once in a life time occasion and a company taking my money and telling me to try to get it back. Shoppers beware!

Worst experience ever flowers first off weren't delivered on delivery date requested but the following day. When the flowers arrived it was not what I had ordered and looked like they were already dying. I ordered the be ***** bouquet paid $72.51 for it and received 6 half dead roses and some babies breath. When I left them know about the order. They refunded me $14.50 for for it. Do NOT use this company it's a waste of time and you will be disappointed.

I ordered an arrangement for my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary. They received it today, and it looks nothing like what the picture was on the website when I ordered it. This isn't the first time I've ordered something from this company and been very disappointed with what arrived to the recepient. It's very sad to spend 80.00 on an arrangement and get something that looks like something a child put together. The order I made online with Teleflora in late Feb. 2022 came to $113, with taxes and delivery. The picture provided of a basket with four types of lovely flowering plants, along with other green plants, was actually delivered with only ONE, very sad looking flowering plant!! I could have put that together for $20 bucks!! I was so embarrassed and hurt to see it at the funeral. Shame on you Teleflora for your false advertising!!! You're the ones who should be extremely embarrassed!!!!!!

I am a first time user of Teleflora. I was attempting to make a purchase over the phone with an employee. I discussed the issues I was having the day prior and that if he could not help me to send me to a supervisor. I was told that I was a racist because I wanted to speak to a supervisor to get the issue resolved.
