this this website is a joke, i ordered a floral arrangement for my mom on mother's day since it was the first one without her this year(paid 15 dollars for expedited shipping) . they said they delivered the arrangement i have a ring doorbell it was never delivered. did the live chat the tech apologized gave us some money back and contacted the floral shop saying it would be delivered the following day. the following day has come... nothing. embarrassing , i call the company the floral shop will not answer tele flora's calls ... read more

I am so disappointed in this company as well as angry. I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day and received an email on Mother's Day that they would be unable to fill my order. My mom lives about 2 1/2 hours from me, is in advanced stages of dementia and lives for flowers, which I try to send every few months. As it was Mother's day i expected a delivery from them and instead got nothing. I wish i could leave zero stars.These people suck and have no consideration for their customers. I ordered a Mother's Day Boquet the Thursday before Mother's Day. This bouquet was almost $90 and I wanted it delivered on Mother's Day. I checked my order Friday and it was still showing with the florist and was not being delivered until the 12th. Leaving a review about Teleflora. Beware this company is a scam!!! Terrible service and disappointment. I ordered a corsage for my daughters prom and they canceled online the day of the event. Even had the nerve to ask me to pay more money to get it delivered by another shop the same day. They are quick to take your money but say that I won't get my refund for 10 days. This company is a fraud and I do not recommend anyone using Tele flora

This is the worst experience. I ordered flowers for my mom and they were supposed to be delivered on 5/5. I even pay extra. Well, as of 8pm on 5/5 she did not have flowers. Called the company and they say the delivery did not happen. That they were going to make sure the shop deliver them on 5/6 early in the morning. If I could give 0 stars I would. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! I ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral, I called because I haven't received an email of confirmation. I gave them everything I used to place the order, to be told they don't have an order for me. BUT THEY WERE QUICK to charge my card. When I told them I want a refund, I was told they couldn't because they don't have any of my information in the system. How is that possible if u charged my card I'm confused!

Paid premium for a product, and then another premium for an exact day delivery which was offered for the day I needed.. I got a call at 1pm the day it was to be delivered stating that my order could not be delivered this day??!! Thanks for ruining my sisters birthday gift from me. On top of it they first tried to refund less then what I paid.. I messaged and confronted them .. they added the extra difference.. Today i checked my banking and the refund is gone .. I ordered a deluxe bouquet for my friend since she lives far from me. What I got vs what was delivered was absolutely unacceptable. She received a small bouquet that I could get at the 99 cent store. I sent the company a picture of the bouquet and asked them to honor what they said they were going to deliver. They gave me $12 back. Worst service ever. False advertisement. And for a huge price.
