Oh where to begin? Let's start with ordering two separate Sympathy arrangements to be sent to two different residences (but next door to each other) to only have one delivered and not the other. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM!!! I paid for a **** standing spray. They take your money and don't deliver and can't tell you about the florist or anything when asking about your order. They send delivery confirmation on time and nothing has been delivered. I ordered a Father's Day gift basket for my son who is a father for the first time. I ordered on June 16th and asked for it to be delivered on the 17th. That did NOT HAPPEN. I had 3 fraudulent charges placed on Checking acct 5/13. Two companies refund my acct within days. This company has yet to refund my acct. if $113.11. They sent me a confirming that my acct Will be fully refund with 2-10 business days. I ordered a bouquet for Mother's day. I paid the premium delivery charges to arrive on Mother's day. On that day the tracking on the website showed "it is being delivered". My mother passed **** May X XXXX and I ordered her full floral arrangement on the same day. The funeral was May 10, 2022 and it was requested that the arrangement arrive at 1:00pm as then it would be there by the time the wake begins.
