I paid extra to have before 1 pm.it is now 1 pm.I got an email saying it was hand delivered to my house. I've been sitting here waiting for the order since placing this morning. NOTHING. Now the shop is closed, so can't get what I paid for.Unfortunately the majority of reviews for Teleflora are correct.Won't be using them again.TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED LOST THIS CUSTOMER FOREVER!

Order not delivered on the day of my sisters 88th birthday. I called the next day, they said they tried to deliver it but person was away. (This to a retirement center open 24/7 with a receptionist.) Then they said they would deliver that day - 6:30 still no flowers -they said it was on a truck and would be there by 7 - It was not delivered and I called and cancelled the order and requested a refund. Why oh why didn't I check these reviews out first!? Horrible company! One of our co-workers had passed suddenly and had a viewing one day for 5 hours. Prior to ordering an arrangement I went into a chat room with one of the reps and was assured for an additional fee of $18.00 the arrangement would be delivered the day of the service and before 1:00 as the viewing started at 2:00. Order delivered a day late and substantially smaller than depicted (fit in pint size ***** jar)! Deal of the Day or Rip Off of the Day?

WORST COMPANY EVER! THEY LIE AND SAY UR ORDER WAS DELIVERED BY HAND AND IT NEVER WAS AND THEN TRY TO GIVE U A DISCOUNT OF 12$ ON AN ORDER OVER 75$! AND STILL CHARGE YOU. THEY DO NOT BOTHER TO CALL THE NUMBER PROVIDED EITHER FOR DELIVERY ISSUES! NEVER AGAIN! WE WILL BUY FROM ******* AND DELIVER OURSELVES!

I'm a long time customer of ********************** but lately haven't been so happy with their service. My recent experience with check-out after placing an order was tediously long and frustrating. The site kept rebooting or doing nothing at all. I did not feel comfortable or confident in giving my personal information. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.
