Terrible customer service. Had multiple orders cancelled. Last order was for my fathers funeral and order was cancelled on day of delivery. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. the prices seem great but go local or any other web service before Teleflora. Service rep was unable to even understand my concerns let alone do anything to ensure I would receive the arrangement I paid for
Very disappointed! It was my daughter's 21st birthday, the order arrived the day after. I called and left email inquiring where the delivery was no one ever contacted me. Flowers lasted a week, not worth it at all.

paid extra for a delivery by 1:00 pm did not arrive until 3:38 pm and it did not look like what was advertised. Will NEVER use teleflora again
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...EVER!I would give these scam artists a ZERO star if possible.I called the company to find out where the order was at 5pm PST. They said wait until 7pm, that is when the delivery window closes. At 5:06pm I got a delivery notice, "Handed to customer". No one received the flowers. I ordered Easter flowers for my Mom last month. They didnt look anything like what I ordered. If this next order ends up the sameit will be my last.
I am extremely disappointed. I chose your bouquet of the day. It was created by a local shop and they probably used the cheapest flowers that they had. I don't know if I would be inclined to shop at Teleflora again.
The only problem I have is with Teleflora is their follow through on redeeming your rewards. I always have to end up calling them to redeem. Very frustrating. One of my floral orders never got delivered and when I called, it still was delayed by 2 daysl I most likely will be changing floral company's .
I am so done with Telelflora. There is always an issue and I should have known better.
