I canceled my order when the $22.98 "service fee" was added on top of the delivery fee. No actual human or customer service department to contact, other than by email - which is too late. Won't be using again. I found a local florist to answer the phone.

I informed Teleflora, ahead of the order delivery time, that recipient is deathly allergic to carnations so not to include them. They did it anyway and my friend had an immediate allergic reaction. There resolution was to give me 30% off my NEXT order. Very unprofessional

I am completely disappointed in the arrangement that I selected, it is NOTHING like the photo that you provide on YOUR web site. Have you seen the photo posted on your web site for these flowers? I am sure, if you were to order this product and received what I have received you would be as upset as I am. I did not ask for a refund, or replacement.
