Do not ask me feedback when my flowers haven't been delivered yet. I will say this..If I had seen the below reviews first I would have used this service.
I have used Teleflora many times over the years. Of course everyone just says thank you for the beautiful flowers. Well.. I did order Mother's Day flowers for my mom to be delivered on Friday 5-12-23. Ordered a beautiful arrangement and paid in the area of $100.00. Well whatever florist got the money. Sure did not deliver what I ordered. And it definitely wasn't worth the price. Didn't even have their company name phone or address available if there was a problem. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Price change. Advertise one price pay more at checkout. Fees should be clearly stated. I thought that this was illegal.

I ordered an arrangement for valentines day and what was delivered was a "congratulations on your baby girl". They couldn't fix the error the same day so I had to reorder and have my delivery arrive the day after the holiday. I'm trying them again since I've a credit for that error and will let you know how that goes!

My floral order was to be delivered on yesterday, as of today I have not received a confirmation that the recipient has received the order I purchased. Please give me an update.
Order never arrived on time! After the time both orders were suppose to arrive, I get contacted that one order will not arrive. The other order still has not arrived. Will never do business with them again.
Very disappointed that Teleflora DID NOT include our TEAM NAME when we sent flowers to our boss. She did not realize it came from her staff because she thought it came from the entire company as a whole (only the company name was on the message). We were wondering why she hasn't mentioned anything about receiving it, and that was the REASON! The message only said the Company Name and left off our Team Name!! It didn't even indicate that there is a limit on the no. of characters! Will NOT be using Teleflora next time!
