Awful. ******* ordered isn't what was delivered. I ordered tulips and they delivered roses that were on there way out! So embarrassing.
My order was placed on a Friday and is still not delivered as of 11 am on Monday. I haven't gotten an update as of Friday when the order was placed at lunchtime.

I have sent flowers locally & out of town to several people over the past 3 yrs. & also been on the receiving end of flowers. So far, as far as I know, it seems everyone is happy with the flowers. Of course, I may see the local arrangements, but not the out of town ones - cannot be sure they receive what I ordered, just that recipient seemed pleased. I do find their site frustrating to navigate at times though - & the pricing shown, then crossed out, seems contrived.
I just ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers Day hope they arrive when I want them to. I ordered ahead of time this month and wanted ******* delivered on the day of her birthday which was **** and the flowers arrived on ****. My mother questioned if I even knew when her birthday was.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. I placed an order and it was cancelled the day of promised delivery. Of course, a 25% discount was extended to me for my next order. This is impossible to use as where I need to send flowers at this time is a location they are unable to service. To put it bluntly, I will never use Teleflora again.
