I am at a loss for words! I ordered an arrangement someone special because I was not able to attend a funeral and I was not made aware that they would not deliver until 2 hours before the delivery which left me no time to rebound... also note via email, not a call or anything.Super not happy!!I am soooo disappointed with them!
I have no idea whats being delivered??? But, with family all over the country, and, the other, service wont let me leave the messages I want to? So, thats my ONLY reason why(twice), I chose this site over the other.

I am so disappointed in this service. Although the floral arrangement I chose for my mothers 84th Bday, I paid extra to have it delivered before 1 pm, it not only did not arrive before the designated time, at the moment I am writing this review, its still is NOT there. I will not order from this company again. To spend over $100 on something, and you don't receive what you pay for is so disheartening to me :( I only gave 1 star because there was no option for "No Stars" Shame on your company, people really work hard for mone... read more
AN ADVERTISING SCAM.SENT A POST CARD FOR 25% WITH A PROMO CODE.ALSO USED REWARDS IN MY ACCOUNT FOR ***** OFF.NEITHER WENT THRU - 20 MINUTES ON THE ***** WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE INTHE ***********, THEY PROMISED TO CREDIT BOTH - THEY DID NEITHER.SHOULD HAVE USED 1-800-FLOWERS

I canceled my order when the $22.98 "service fee" was added on top of the delivery fee. No actual human or customer service department to contact, other than by email - which is too late. Won't be using again. I found a local florist to answer the phone.

Actually, there is no delivery fee; only the service fee which is the fee to wire your order out to a local florist in your recipient's area and also covers any service issues.
