Not what I ordered at all. A bit roughed up on delivery

Though my aunt is appreciating having received the flowers from me, I am very dissatisfied with the arrangement. The daisies are a beautiful white, and the posies were supposed to be included, and would have popped with a very vivid pink. However, they were replaced with very pale, pink roses. For the cost, Im just not happy with this particular purchase. ***************************************************************************************************

I was extremely disapointed when I saw a picture of the flower bouquet. It was for a new baby girl, but the flowers were wilted because the delivery was let outside in the heat on their front porch without notice. I also received a text stating the flowers were hand delivered, but that was not true either. One more thing...same day delivery is false, the flowers were to be delivered to a hospital on one date, and that didn't happen. No delivery was made and the patient left the hospital the next day so I had to give a forwar... read more

Brutal web online ordering. 20 buck service charge on top of each individual item. I kept the order intact as I was desperate but I'll be using 1800flowers again. These guys are basically clueless.

Very disappointed. I ordered a medium sized arrangement of mixed flowers to be delivered to my cousin who had just entered hospice care. In the photo displayed on the website, it showed a beautiful combination of purple, green, and blue flowers in a deep purple vase. The arrangement was even named the " Amethyst Awe Bouquet - Deluxe". (The 'deluxe' was because I upgraded to a larger than the basic size, although it still appeared rather small in my opinion). Terrible!! Placed order online they was contacted that my payment had not gone through and I needed to provide another card. When I checked my PayPal account it had gone through so I called to cancel. Two hours later, I was still being charged and had to call again to cancel. Fingers crossed this time the cancellation worked or it's into PayPal disputing the cost. No need for such drama over Mother's Day flowers order ??
