Very disappointed. I ordered a medium sized arrangement of mixed flowers to be delivered to my cousin who had just entered hospice care. In the photo displayed on the website, it showed a beautiful combination of purple, green, and blue flowers in a deep purple vase. The arrangement was even named the " Amethyst Awe Bouquet - Deluxe". Terrible!! Placed order online they was contacted that my payment had not gone through and I needed to provide another card. When I checked my PayPal account it had gone through so I called to cancel. Two hours later, I was still being charged and had to call again to cancel. Fingers crossed this time the cancellation worked or it's into PayPal disputing the cost. No need for such drama over Mother's Day flowers order ??
I ordered flowers for my MIL with no problems. I try to order for my mom and the order gets cancelled FOUR separate times for being "questionable" and that it's "for my protection". I tried the website and calling (where they explicitly stated there was no problems) and tried different cards - don't waste your time

total incompetence Ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered on Sunday, I was given the choice of Sunday and they changed it to Monday with absolutely NO Notice until I clicked on the tracking- customer service said it was an error on agent that put order through!!!!That doesn't help the fact that mistake was made. This was for an anniversary - husband away from home and wanted this sent to wife's work on their anniversary - Knew I should have ordered from a real florist- Never again

STAY AWAY Paid $90 for a order to be delivered on a Sunday. Website said typical delivery for residential is 7pm. I thought this was odd because most places are closed by then. I called customer service to be told it wasnt coming on time and would be delivered on Monday. I paid extra for Sunday delivery. DO NOT order form here or if you do dont expect it to be delivered on time. **************** didnt seems to care at all. Extremely unhappy. I chose this company and a certain type of flowers because it said it would get there same day. They waited to tell me until the end of the day that my order wouldnt get there. Didnt offer a credit/partial refund, just made me choose a new day.
