I ordered springs has sprung mixed basket with a balloon for a friends birthday and I was horrified at the quality of plant that she received with no balloon. What a shame that I paid so much money for what I thought would be a quality product that was so disappointing.

Very disappointed that we paid for something that looked nothing like what we ordered online . Instead they delivered a cheap vase and flowers .Buyers beware False advertisement and our family would like our money back .

I ordered my flowers for my sons prom and paid a lot for them. They email me back and say they cannot do the flowers and we will refund you part of the money. Why not ALL!! I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY!!!
I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Submitted the order with no issues. Received an email around two or three hours stating that due to extremely high volume of business that they would be unable to deliver to my zip code!! What kind of !@##%^&* is that? At least a couple other flower websites told me right up front that they couldn't deliver. Wonder how long the refund is going to take? NEVER AGAIN!! Buy local!!

I have sent flowers locally & out of town to several people over the past 3 yrs. & also been on the receiving end of flowers. So far, as far as I know, it seems everyone is happy with the flowers. Of course, I may see the local arrangements, but not the out of town ones - cannot be sure they receive what I ordered, just that recipient seemed pleased. I do find their site frustrating to navigate at times though - & the pricing shown, then crossed out, seems contrived.
They emailed me a promo code that expired over a year ago and then proceeded not to acknowledge it after speaking to a customer service rep.
