On May 4th 2023 I ordered an arrangement from their website and paid $64.13 to be delivered same day. I am out of town so I was unable to see what was actually delivered until 5/10/2023. I was furious when I saw what was actually delivered!! The arrangement was not even close to what I ordered! Cheap flowers were used and I don't even see this acceptable as a suitable substitute! I think it is too early to give a review since I have not received the flowers yet and have not even received a confirmation number yet for reference in case there is an issue, just an email asking me to review my purchase. Somewhat confusing.

I've had a rough time, as I had a double order with one delivery one day and the other a week later to a different address. I did not receive notice when it was delivered. At least there were no delivery problems. The flower arrangement was greatly received. I asked her to send me a photo (I would like to see how beautiful the $$$ was) I am hoping my 2nd order will be happily received as well, and I will be notified better.

I ordered a Mother's Day gift for an elderly friend approximately 92 years old. She sent a photo of the item that she received. The item that I ordered from Teleflora featured several roses and other beautiful flowers in a full arrangement. I ordered Deluxe. My friend sent a photo of the item that she had received. I cant leave a review on this order because it hasnt been delivered yet. I can leave a reviews of my last order for my ****** funeral that NEVER arrived.! I want notified to other. I asked my father ** law and he told me they never came. I had to call and the flowers were delivered finally 3 days after the funeral. Hopefully, my MIL gets her flowers Friday.

I placed 2 orders for today and tomorrow. I received a call 3 hours later stating that the florist cannot deliver the flowers until tomorrow-with no reasoning. I call these people and they constantly transfer me from person to person. I asked to get another type of flower delivered and was not able to do that either. Terrible service.
