charging for premium presentation but delivering much less. Never had this issue in past years so I think they have taken a step or two back in reliability.

I even paid extra for more flowers and I could not believe what my MIL received!! I know that florist can substitute what is available but it is not even close to the description and pictures online!!!!! Also I scheduled for 5/12 but they delivered today 5/11. I am so upset and I will never use them ever again!!
I cant leave a review before the flowers have been delivered.

I will never, ever order from Teleflora again!!! After 40 years I am totally done! Bogus discount codes! **************** is horrendous. Disconnect you, tell me discount code is not valid when I have the card in front of me. $121 for flowers is riduculous as it is and then to top it off with horrendous customer service and lies!!! The Worst Flowers Ever! Order from Local Florists...I ordered a premium arrangement for my mother to be delivered on 05/12/23. The lack of flowers that were delivered were wilted and not even close to the premium arrangement I ordered. Also, being a complete waste, the half dead flowers were delivered on 05/11/23.I live *****+ miles away from my mother and order ****************. The flowers I ordered were not what I got. I ordered a purple type arrangement and the flowers we received were orange, sunflowers with minimal purple colors.

I had a hard time putting in my order and I didn't realize that there was a service charge so it cost to much as far as I'm concerned.
