I ordered Mother's Day flowers online on May 7th. Received an email that there was a problem. I called and found out my debit card hadn't gone through. It was put through again and everything was set for a Mother's Day delivery. I even selected the flexible date delivery option (May 12th through the 14th) Then proceeded to get several voicemails and emails about a delivery date issue. Flowers were delivered to wrong address, in another state. ***** frustrating and no flowers to recipient and out the money.

I tried to apply your MAY20 promo code, and indeed the order said it was applied, but instead of reducing the price of the order, it appeared to increase it. I removed the promo code and the price went back to its previous amount. If you don't want to apply the promo code, just tell the customer!

charging for premium presentation but delivering much less. Never had this issue in past years so I think they have taken a step or two back in reliability.
