Not even close to what we ordered. I would suggest looking up a local florist. Last time I w Ill ever use this company.

charging for premium presentation but delivering much less. Never had this issue in past years so I think they have taken a step or two back in reliability.

I ordered an arrangement called the Zen Artistry (premium price) which had a low container, bamboo, orchids, etc. The recipient received a traditional bouquet in a clear glass vase -- nothing like what I had ordered. When I called customer service, I was told that I ordered the "designer choice" and that it could be anything a local florist put together. No where on my receipt indicated "designer choice." While the bouquet was pretty, it clearly did not look like anything I ordered. Not sure why they bother posting pictures ... read more

I ordered live roses in a ceramic vase and green plants in a basket were sent. I was charged a much higher price than what the basket of green plants was on the web site. I am severely disappointed in this site and would like a refund. the only reason they have 1 star is because they wouldn't let me leave 0

Looked nothing like what I purchased. Very disappointing. Called customer service and they offered me a 30% credit and told me it was because they probably ran out of flowers because Mothers Day is so busy. I guess we shouldnt send flowers on national holidays!

I am presently looking for help with this flower order. I received a delivery confirmation but the item was not received.

My apologies that you felt unable to find help for this. I have located your order and have filed a complaint with the florist on your behalf. I have requested that they verify with the driver that it was in fact delivered and did not have to be taken back to the shop or some reason. I have also requested proof of delivery if it was delivered to see if it was possibly delivered to the wrong address so we can get this corrected for you as soon as possible.
