I cant leave a review on this order because it hasnt been delivered yet. I can leave a reviews of my last order for my ****** funeral that NEVER arrived.! I want notified to other. I asked my father ** law and he told me they never came. I had to call and the flowers were delivered finally 3 days after the funeral. Hopefully, my MIL gets her flowers Friday.

I placed 2 orders for today and tomorrow. I received a call 3 hours later stating that the florist cannot deliver the flowers until tomorrow-with no reasoning. I call these people and they constantly transfer me from person to person. I asked to get another type of flower delivered and was not able to do that either. Terrible service.

On May 4th 2023 I ordered an arrangement from their website and paid $64.13 to be delivered same day. I am out of town so I was unable to see what was actually delivered until 5/10/2023. I was furious when I saw what was actually delivered!! The arrangement was not even close to what I ordered! Cheap flowers were used and I don't even see this acceptable as a suitable substitute! I have used Teleflora many times over the years. Of course everyone just says thank you for the beautiful flowers. Well.. I did order Mother's Day flowers for my mom to be delivered on Friday 5-12-23. Ordered a beautiful arrangement and paid in the area of $100.00. Well whatever florist got the money. Sure did not deliver what I ordered. And it definitely wasn't worth the price. Didn't even have their company name phone or address available if there was a problem. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Price change. Advertise one price pay more at checkout. Fees should be clearly stated. I thought that this was illegal.
