Trying to order flowers for my granddaughter's first mother's day....what a hassle. Will never order through Teleflora again !! The "shop' they went through is apparently a bunch of idiots and were saying they made 2 attempts to deliver but nobody answered the door. She has a dog and would have known if someone knocked on the door. Im very disappointedthey were suppose to be here yesterdayas if this morning at 10:45 they STILL havent arrived.Im done going to a realizable on ************ that delivers I put this order in a week ago ..it wasnt Like it was last minute.
Not happy, flowers were not delivered. I want a refund. Poor service, will never use again and will tell everyone that you are horrible.

Only 1 out of the 3 bouquets that I ordered arrived to their destination. The one that arrived was pretty.
Delivered an inferior product that didnt look even remotely like what I ordered.This was their mistake, not mine. I didnt want a credit for the lack-luster, skimpy, haphazard arrangement the supplier sent. I wanted what I ordered and paid for. Thank goodness my daughter sent me a picture of what was delivered. Embarrassing! Will not trust Telefora again.
Small mini flower arrangement, not what I ordered and delivered on wrong day. I guess you assume people wont see flowers they ordered.

Zero stars! This company is a sham. My daughter did not even receive 1/3 of the cost or the artistry in the arrangement I ordered. I was excited of what I picked due to what she had picked to wear. If I wanted a simple arrangement I would have paid much less. I contacted Telefloral multiple times and the most they would do is give 25% off on the next order. Shame on you! Horrible service they just switched up the delivery date without my consent
Not what I ordered. Only reason getting 2 stars is because it was delivered on time. My arrangement had roses and purple vase what was sent had not one rose and a whole bunch of cheap daisies in a vase from the dollar store. Very disappointed looked like a cheap arrangement from the grocery store thrown in a cheap clear vase.
