Ordered the premium. Came in simple glass vase. Only had three full size roses and photo showed 8 -10. ****** any filler. ****** learned.

**** the wrong flower arrangement and the wrong planter. Disappointed I did not get what I paid for

Not even close to what we ordered. I would suggest looking up a local florist. Last time I w Ill ever use this company.

I would give this zero stars if I could. The recipient received an arrangement that looks NOTHING like what I ordered. Not a single flower was the same flower OR color. I understand that substitutions have to be made, but if the ENTIRE arrangement is different, I should have been called. The result was absolutely ugly and ruined a thoughtful gesture. (Note: customer service was very kind and understanding)

The flowers my mom received look nothing like the ones I ordered. Different colors, fewer flowers. It's a disappointment.

My order was not delivered when promised. I have never had this problem before & have ordered from them numerous times.

Still have not received confirmation on delivery of flowers. They should of been dropped by 1pm. And paid the extra 15 dollars for this service.
