Would really like to see the flowers I ordered!!!!! Not happy...

I ordered Mother's Day flowers online on May 7th. Received an email that there was a problem. I called and found out my debit card hadn't gone through. It was put through again and everything was set for a Mother's Day delivery. I even selected the flexible date delivery option (May 12th through the 14th) Then proceeded to get several voicemails and emails about a delivery date issue. Usually happy with my orders and how convenient the website is but my recent order did not meet my expectations especially what I paid for.
Dont know flowers were supposed to be delivered today but were nit . Very upset.
I tried to apply your MAY20 promo code, and indeed the order said it was applied, but instead of reducing the price of the order, it appeared to increase it. I removed the promo code and the price went back to its previous amount. If you don't want to apply the promo code, just tell the customer!
