I will never, ever order from Teleflora again!!! After 40 years I am totally done! Bogus discount codes! **************** is horrendous. Disconnect you, tell me discount code is not valid when I have the card in front of me. $121 for flowers is riduculous as it is and then to top it off with horrendous customer service and lies!!! Zero stars after 40 years! MJ

I order from teleflora because the price is good for the flowers that are delivered. Its definitely not because of their pricing structure and how they fool you into thinking youre getting a better deal than you are. The sales that they run are cons, which leads me to believe that their ethics are missing. But for some reason I keep coming back to this stupid site

What I ordered and what was delivered were nowhere near the same thing. Not even the same color pallet! Completely embarrassed because I would have never gotten my mother in law the bouquet that was delivered. I had to re order from another company to save face.

On May 4th 2023 I ordered an arrangement from their website and paid $64.13 to be delivered same day. I am out of town so I was unable to see what was actually delivered until 5/10/2023. I was furious when I saw what was actually delivered!! The arrangement was not even close to what I ordered! Cheap flowers were used and I don't even see this acceptable as a suitable substitute! I think it is too early to give a review since I have not received the flowers yet and have not even received a confirmation number yet for reference in case there is an issue, just an email asking me to review my purchase. Somewhat confusing.

I've had a rough time, as I had a double order with one delivery one day and the other a week later to a different address. I did not receive notice when it was delivered. At least there were no delivery problems. The flower arrangement was greatly received. I asked her to send me a photo (I would like to see how beautiful the $$$ was) I am hoping my 2nd order will be happily received as well, and I will be notified better.

I ordered a Mother's Day gift for an elderly friend approximately 92 years old. She sent a photo of the item that she received. The item that I ordered from Teleflora featured several roses and other beautiful flowers in a full arrangement. I ordered Deluxe. My friend sent a photo of the item that she had received. The order looked much different with half a dozen yellow daisies, what-appeared-to-be miniature carnations, one visible rose, and a LOT of greenery.
