I ordered live roses in a ceramic vase and green plants in a basket were sent. I was charged a much higher price than what the basket of green plants was on the web site. I am severely disappointed in this site and would like a refund. the only reason they have 1 star is because they wouldn't let me leave 0
Looked nothing like what I purchased. Very disappointing. Called customer service and they offered me a 30% credit and told me it was because they probably ran out of flowers because Mothers Day is so busy. I guess we shouldnt send flowers on national holidays!
I am presently looking for help with this flower order. I received a delivery confirmation but the item was not received.

I have requested that they verify with the driver that it was in fact delivered and did not have to be taken back to the shop or some reason. Never got my flowers still waiting for them when will I get them
Usually happy with my orders and how convenient the website is but my recent order did not meet my expectations especially what I paid for.
charging for premium presentation but delivering much less. Never had this issue in past years so I think they have taken a step or two back in reliability.

I even paid extra for more flowers and I could not believe what my MIL received!! I know that florist can substitute what is available but it is not even close to the description and pictures online!!!!! Also I scheduled for 5/12 but they delivered today 5/11. I am so upset and I will never use them ever again!!
I cant leave a review before the flowers have been delivered.
