Dissappointed with customer service . At first I was told I was out of the delivery range, then the rep told me that it would come before 11AM - 7PM.Information was very vague
Ordered premium bouquet. Received standard bouquet. The white lilies were wilted and not very fragrant. We also wanted a soft pink roses and white accent color scheme. We received bright pink carnations and hot pink babys breath with only 3 white roses. Mind you we ordered the premium bouquet.
Absolutely horrible, looks nothing like what I ordered! I woo be calling customer service!

A link sent me here when I originally was ordering same day/next day flower delivery, I therefore felt comfortable and relieved the arrangement for my last remaining Uncle in our family would arrive without fail to his viewing and service. I WAS WRONG to feel that way!! I find out that he had NOTHING from me, and I am left feeling less than horrible about it. I can't help but feel that same day/next day ordering is absolutely NON-RELIABLE. I am beyond disappointed!!!

I'm not sure the recipient has received the flowers, haven't heard anything. It is now almost the business closing time, hopefully it get's there soon.
