Order never arrived till ****pm at night, no notification of delay etc
I would give no stars if I could! I purchased these for my Aunt whos husband passed away a couple of months ago to cheer her up and let her know that I was thinking of her. They did not deliver them on the day they were suppose to, they sent an email saying they would the next day, but again they didnt! I should had used FTD! They should not advertise that they will deliver the next day if they cant even deliver the next 2 days! Buyer beware!!!
Flowers were not delivered. Cant get anyone from Teleflora on the phone to find out what is going on. Buy your flowers elsewhere.
I still havent received the flowers. So, I think this stinks.

I never got mylar balloons that I paid for. Informed person who did delivery as well. Still waiting on response.
Well, I thought I would give them a 2nd chance since my last delivery debacle but nothing has changed. Delivery schedule for yesterday and it never showed up. Emails getting replied to with poor grammar and very broad answers that can be taken multiple ways. Very disappointed.

Trying to order flowers for my granddaughter's first mother's day....what a hassle. Will never order through Teleflora again !! The "shop' they went through is apparently a bunch of idiots and were saying they made 2 attempts to deliver but nobody answered the door. She has a dog and would have known if someone knocked on the door.
