Never got my flowers still waiting for them when will I get them
Looked nothing like what I purchased. Very disappointing. Called customer service and they offered me a 30% credit and told me it was because they probably ran out of flowers because Mothers Day is so busy. I guess we shouldnt send flowers on national holidays!
I'm disappointed. Although the flowers arrived in time, they weren't what I ordered 'radiantly red' Tulips with a red bow. They weren't red and had a cheap raffia tie around the vase. They weren't young buds either, they were open and somewhat droopy. My mom deserves better. Not worth the money I paid. ??

Im fuming!!!!! What they sent isnt even CLOSE to what I ordered!! And then offered me a future discount code. Im never ordering from here again!!!

Not what I ordered. Only reason getting 2 stars is because it was delivered on time. My arrangement had roses and purple vase what was sent had not one rose and a whole bunch of cheap daisies in a vase from the dollar store. Very disappointed looked like a cheap arrangement from the grocery store thrown in a cheap clear vase.

Ordered the premium. Came in simple glass vase. Only had three full size roses and photo showed 8 -10. ****** any filler. ****** learned.
