Tell us up front that your order may not look anything like what you are asking for rather then at the end.I learned my ****** and will not use any of these middleman, 2nd hand, 2nd rate, flower services anymore.Congrats on ripping people off you are so lucky I can't post a picture of what I wanted and post a picture of what I got. Opposite ends of the spectrum. As well as not being able to give zero stars.

I ordered Peonies for delivery on Sunday. Instead they delivered a mix of carnations and roses on Saturday. It is unlikely I would use Teleflora again. ******* are my wifes favorite and I should have been told if they were not possible. I didnt even receive an explanation.

Teleflora is the worst Company !! It all started on Friday prior to mothers days I placed an order at 9 am and after 6hours of being charged for a text message not even a call that my order c cancel. The supervisor and agent were so rude !!! No one took responsibility. Then I placed 2nd order which I paid $ 62 a beautiful bouquet and guess what ? They s**** that up too! What I ordered vs what I got is ridiculous. I even paid more for the deluxe bouquet. What was sent to my mother for Mothers Day looked very cheap and sparse. I most likely will never use Teleflora again.
Zise not like the pictures and only came with 9 red roses and i got the premium size,not sure if I will buy again from here a bit disappointed.
Not please about leaving a review before going through the whole process.

Quick flowers? Yes. Get what you paid for? Absolutely not. One would assume that when ordering Green ****** Boutonniere one would not receive dark purple astra llies. Particularly after clearly stating in the directions, no substitutions, please call and cancel. Big difference in the cost of orchids and astra Lillies. One would also assume when told they would receive a full refund, one would not only receive half of a refund on the merch and none of the fees. Shady business here on the part of Teleflora.
