I will never order flowers through this site again. I am unable to track my order. I will claim fraud with my bank, as the flowers have not been delivered.

A little disappointed. I understand substitutions, but I intentionally ordered an arrangement that included a succulent so the recipient would have something longer lasting from the arrangement. The arrangement had a vase with a modern feel to match a new office, but was delivered in rustic wooden box (not at all the feel and looks cheap). On the plus side, it did include the pink roses as I ordered and was delivered on time.

Placed an order to arrive on Mothers Day, paid $31 for delivery ($120 total, for premium flowers.) I called twice to check on the status told it would be delivered by 7 PM latest. Called back at 7:30pm, was told the florist was closed, and my mother wouldnt be getting any flowers (I live four states over from her). Heartbreaking to think your kids didnt send you anything. Zero stars if I could. Learned my ******* Ill call local next time for better results.

The arrangement received DID NOT look like the arrangement I ordered online. I ordered the most expensive version and the one received looked like the less expensive version. Flowers were low quality with brown edges. I feel ripped off. Never again will I order again from Teleflora. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!

Did not get what I ordered. Was to have 2 arrangements delivered on May 12th. They came very late past 9pm on the 11th and left by the front door of her appt . The person knocked and took off before my 81 year old mother gor there in less then a min. One was to have a lot of purple flowers as I chose this arrangement for my sister who passed in Nov and her favorite color. I choose a specific floral arrangement for Mothers Day. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like what I ordered the flowers. They looked cheap and were not even near the mix of flowers that was pictures on the website or listed in the description. The flowers arrived in the clear glass vase although the arrangement I ordered was to come in a specific decorative vase. Teleflora is the ************* EVER. They are thieves. I paid one amount for their product they canceled my order and refunded me $30 less than what I paid. BBB will be hearing from me.
