I would never give any stars bc Not only did they not deliver on the day supposed to be delivered but if fact they NEVER DELIVERED the flowers I ordered!!!!!!

The flowers were never delivered!!!! They were supposed to be delivered today for Mother's Day and when I look online at the delivery status it still says "with florist". This is extremely disappointing. This is my first time using Teleflora and I will never use them again.

I paid for a certain delivery date and they changed it. And the flowers delivered were not the kind I ordered. I ordered a bouquet of peonies for my mom and she received a bouquet with a variety of different flowers- but no peonies. Overall, not a good experience.

Flowers were delivered Friday evening after 6:30pm and when I visited my friend Sunday morning they were already dead. Will not use service again. Expensive and not good quality.

Accepted my order for Mothers day flowers, called me at 7am on the morning of Mothers day to inform me that my delivery wouldnt be made until 2 days later. Unbelievable and now I am screwed. Will never use Teleflora again, customer agents unhelpful and unsympathetic
I am never using Teleflora again! They let you believe that you placed an order, I have a confirmation email. They deserve negative stars. I placed it with the flex delivery for it to be delivered between Friday and Mother's Day. My mother did not receive her Mother's Day floral delivery. I went to track it and there it said that it was canceled!!! I received NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE CANCELATION.
