I am completely disgusted with the flower arrangement that was sent as a substitute to what I actually ordered. The only thing similar to the arrangement that I ordered was the color. The flowers were not orchids and the arrangement was boring. I was called for approval to substitute my order and refused to substitute unless I could see what was the replacement. The flowers I ordered for my mom were delivered a day late and already wilting. I called Telaflora and the most they were willing to do is give me a 30% refund. I will never use Telaflora again!!!

DID NOT ARRIVE! I paid extra for it to arrive before the funeral service. Embarrassing!! I will NEVER order through you again, totally unreliable!

HORRIBLE! Ordered a mother's day bouquet a week in advance to be delivered on Saturday. It never arrived. After contacting teleflora on Sunday and Monday, still no resolution. My mom was so sad since she lives far away from everyone and was expecting a sweet floral arrangement.

I will never order flowers through this site again. I am unable to track my order. I will claim fraud with my bank, as the flowers have not been delivered.

A little disappointed. I understand substitutions, but I intentionally ordered an arrangement that included a succulent so the recipient would have something longer lasting from the arrangement. The arrangement had a vase with a modern feel to match a new office, but was delivered in rustic wooden box (not at all the feel and looks cheap). On the plus side, it did include the pink roses as I ordered and was delivered on time.
