Teleflora is the worst Company !! It all started on Friday prior to mothers days I placed an order at 9 am and after 6hours of being charged for a text message not even a call that my order c cancel. The supervisor and agent were so rude !!! No one took responsibility. Then I placed 2nd order which I paid $ 62 a beautiful bouquet and guess what ? They s**** that up too! What I ordered vs what I got is ridiculous. I even paid more for the deluxe bouquet. What was sent to my mother for Mothers Day looked very cheap and sparse. I most likely will never use Teleflora again.

Zise not like the pictures and only came with 9 red roses and i got the premium size,not sure if I will buy again from here a bit disappointed.

Quick flowers? Yes. Get what you paid for? Absolutely not. One would assume that when ordering Green ****** Boutonniere one would not receive dark purple astra llies. Particularly after clearly stating in the directions, no substitutions, please call and cancel. Big difference in the cost of orchids and astra Lillies. One would also assume when told they would receive a full refund, one would not only receive half of a refund on the merch and none of the fees. Shady business here on the part of Teleflora.

I would give no stars if I could! I purchased these for my Aunt whos husband passed away a couple of months ago to cheer her up and let her know that I was thinking of her. They did not deliver them on the day they were suppose to, they sent an email saying they would the next day, but again they didnt! I should had used FTD! They should not advertise that they will deliver the next day if they cant even deliver the next 2 days! Buyer beware!!!

Flowers were not delivered. Cant get anyone from Teleflora on the phone to find out what is going on. Buy your flowers elsewhere.
