Order was canceled. It was for Mother's Day, and I was sending it a week prior to the actual holiday. Makes no sense that they couldn't fulfill the order, or at least offer me an alternative. Disappointed at the lack of service.

I am completely disgusted with the flower arrangement that was sent as a substitute to what I actually ordered. The only thing similar to the arrangement that I ordered was the color. The flowers were not orchids and the arrangement was boring. I was called for approval to substitute my order and refused to substitute unless I could see what was the replacement. The flowers I ordered for my mom were delivered a day late and already wilting. I called Telaflora and the most they were willing to do is give me a 30% refund. I will never use Telaflora again!!!

HORRIBLE! Ordered a mother's day bouquet a week in advance to be delivered on Saturday. It never arrived. After contacting teleflora on Sunday and Monday, still no resolution. My mom was so sad since she lives far away from everyone and was expecting a sweet floral arrangement.
