Not what I ordered and three days too early. I ordered peonies, paid extra for them, paid extra for Saturday delivery. The flowers showed up at mid day on Thursday, and with flowers that we are allergic to. Not pleased. The local florist appeared to know nothing of my order, but offered to call me and let me know what they had so that they could replace the flowers. Teleflora did not pay a lick of attention to what *** ordered and paid for. Never using again.

I will NEVER use teleflora again. I was supposed to have pink roses, a succulent plant, and other pretty flowers in a little white square vase and the flowers were NOTHING like the picture. I was so disappointed because this was picked for my mom for Mothers Day and it was nothing like the picture showed!!

I think its strange that Teleflora asks for a review before they have filled my order. Will my order be as it was pictured online? Will it be delivered on time?Ask me again once you have delivered!
I gave it 2 stars only because it was delivered on 5/17 which was the arrival date.The spray that I paid for looked not even close to what was delivered. Just terrible looking. Big red bow in the middle of the spray instead of flowers. Dead Lillies, other wilted flowers underneath the bow, mostly all white and red flowers, lots of greenery all around. Arrangements is not what was I expected. There is so much greenery! For the price this is very sad. The only saving ***** is she was happy to get flowers and I had a promo code. Enchanted Cottage Deluxe was $65 for bouquet and an $18 service fee. If the recipient wasnt happy just getting flowers from Grandma I would definitely dispute it with credit card company. Disappointed. It's cute and was delivered on time but the style and quality is not on par with what I ordered. Many of ** take a lot of time to consider the many options and choose something that seems just right for our recipients special occasion. And floral arrangements are more expensive than ever. We should at least be able to count on what we ordered being delivered but this is happening too often.
The service fees are ridiculous. You can't get a really nice bouquet without spending a fortune just on the service fees. it's cheaper and just as easy to order something from Amazon.
Ordered same day delivery flowers early in the morning just like always and normally they are delivered without needing someone to be home. All of a sudden now they need a recipient or else theyre gonna not deliver it and take an extra day and try again. Got a bs excuse and looked at cameras and never saw them tryPaid $80 for trash delivery that never even happened
Recipient never received them. Will never use this service again.
