They have not been delivered . Let me know when they are delivered

I ordered on Thursday morning for a Friday delivery before Mother's Day. I was called Friday afternoon and notified they could not find a florist, so would not be able to deliver until Monday, which is obviously after the holiday. First of all, they should not have accepted an order they could not fulfill, but they did. After this first mistake, they should have contacted me in a timely manner to notify me they could not fulfill the order on time, not after the delivery should have already happened. Ordered the Deluxe Bouquet and was incredibly disappointed. The arrangement had the correct flowers, but the blooms were very small. Will not be using Teleflora again.

Will never order Teleflore again. NOTHING LIKE I ORDER. Cheap flowers . I order beauifulpink roses and lilys. what my friends got for their ******************** asking for a refund just not going to order again from Teleflore. Every one star was to much totaly ****** off.

We ordered a beautiful plant but unfortunately had to cancel it because it could not be delivered before the funeral on Friday. You changed the delivery date from Thursday to Saturday. We were never offered to go with a different type of plant or a floral arrangement. I am getting concerned because we have not received a refund as of yet.
