I specifically ordered a JADE ***** for delivery to my mother for Mother's Day AND paid extra for Mother's Day delivery. **** is a ***** which has special meaning between **. However, a POTHOS was delivered. How is that an appropriate substitute? She has pathos all over the house already; not exactly an exciting or meaningful gift! And, my attached note, about ****, made no sense since the wrong ***** was delivered. Very aggravating. **** "In stock"... really? Beware!

Item never delivered although they sent email confirmation of delivery. supposed to be delivered on 5/13. As of 5/16 - still no delivery.

My order was not shipped in a timely manner. It was supposed to be delivered the same day I ordered on May 11, 2023 for my daughter's birthday. Then I got a message that it would be delivered the next day, Friday May 12, 2023. I spoke with a customer service representative who confirmed it would be delivered on the twelfth. It didn't arrive. Then it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday the thirteenth of May. That didn't happen either. Another half ***** arrangement, paid for premium and barely got standard. They refunded $20 but I will never order again.

Order was canceled. It was for Mother's Day, and I was sending it a week prior to the actual holiday. Makes no sense that they couldn't fulfill the order, or at least offer me an alternative. Disappointed at the lack of service.

I am completely disgusted with the flower arrangement that was sent as a substitute to what I actually ordered. The only thing similar to the arrangement that I ordered was the color. The flowers were not orchids and the arrangement was boring. I was called for approval to substitute my order and refused to substitute unless I could see what was the replacement. The lady who called hung up on me. I will try another service next time. The vase was also incorrect. My father used to work as a florist and would never take an ord... read more
