We ordered a beautiful plant but unfortunately had to cancel it because it could not be delivered before the funeral on Friday. You changed the delivery date from Thursday to Saturday. We were never offered to go with a different type of plant or a floral arrangement. I am getting concerned because we have not received a refund as of yet.

I live in ********** and loss a very close family member who lived in ******. I was not able to make the celebration of life. I ordered and expected the flowers to be delivered for the celebration of life, This family member was very dear to me, and it was very disappointing to find out the flowers we never delivered, and was scheduled to be delivered the next day. This was the one way I felt I could pay my respects, and it was sadly not met.

Very upset the flowers do not look anything like the ones that I had picked. I understand they have to make SOME substitutions but everything was and it looks like a completely different bouquet. These flowers were meant for someone who was grieving and what I had picked was their favorite flowers and color.

Incredibly disappointed in Teleflora. The first time I ordered from them, the order was cancelled midday after already being out for delivery and then had to be attempted again the next day. Tried one more time because of the incessant discount emails and ordered a bouquet of pink peonies. What was delivered was a yellow & red bouquet of mostly Peruvian lilies and daisies.
