Very disappointed. Would have had a better bouquet form the grocery store. Never using teleflora again.

I give this company ZERO stars!!!I ordered a wristlet for my daughter for her First Prom. I ordered it two weeks in advance and set up delivery for the day BEFORE Prom.Fast forward to Delivery Day. Not only did they NOT deliver but they waited until after 4pm to tell me that they could not even COMPLETE my order. Claimed my order was too small (I didnt realize a $40 wristlet was small) No flower shops in my vicinity were excepting my order. HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE!!!I assumed that you had placed my order for a delivery to our daughter in law for her birthday today and received an email (after it should have been delivered) that Teleaflorist was unable to deliver it in her area today!!!!!!!I have NEVER, in all of my years of ordering flowers on line l, had this happen. Looked NOTHING like the picture i chose at all. I also specifically asked for birds of paradise because that is my sisters favorite flower and there were not anyway. I would have cancelled the order. Or at least make it look something like the photo! I will say they delivered it on time and to the right place but it was nothing like what i ordered. I

Very disappointed. Order was delivered timely. We paid for same day delivery, but order was delivered next day in the evening even though tracking showed it was delivered same day. In addition, the flowers were not fresh. My friend didn't receive flowers for her birthday. ??

I ordered a spray for my grandmas funeral and called 4 days prior to confirm my delivery. The day of the service 6mins. before it was supposed to be delivered they send me a text saying Weve encountered an issue meaning No flowers. Im already in mourning and teleflora just made it worst! I will NEVER use this company ever again.
