Very disappointed. Order was delivered timely. We paid for same day delivery, but order was delivered next day in the evening even though tracking showed it was delivered same day. In addition, the flowers were not fresh. My friend didn't receive flowers for her birthday. ??

I ordered a spray for my grandmas funeral and called 4 days prior to confirm my delivery. The day of the service 6mins. before it was supposed to be delivered they send me a text saying Weve encountered an issue meaning No flowers. Im already in mourning and teleflora just made it worst! I will NEVER use this company ever again.

I used Teleflora because at the top of the email it said:20% 0ff - CODE: MAY24 I used it on the order and it wasn't on the order and receipt?Even though it says:Special Instructions:20% 0ff - CODE: MAY24 PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME.

Scammed! I was charged $130+ to deliver flowers and chocolates.They emailed me that the order was hand delivered but the recipient never received anything!I would never use them in the future!

Very disappointed with bouquet premium. The bouquet is completely different from the one teleflora has online. They substituted some of the flowers for other flowers. I wish I could leave a picture from what I got. Very sloppy.

Worst flower company. Do not use this website or company to get flowers, they are a scam site and you will never receive flowers. This company needs to be shut down
