I live in ********** and loss a very close family member who lived in ******. I was not able to make the celebration of life. I ordered and expected the flowers to be delivered for the celebration of life, This family member was very dear to me, and it was very disappointing to find out the flowers we never delivered, and was scheduled to be delivered the next day. This was the one way I felt I could pay my respects, and it was sadly not met.

Very upset the flowers do not look anything like the ones that I had picked. I understand they have to make SOME substitutions but everything was and it looks like a completely different bouquet. These flowers were meant for someone who was grieving and what I had picked was their favorite flowers and color.

I received e-mails with discount offers for Teleflora regularly. We had a tragic death in our church family and I placed an order on Thu May 18th a.m. to be delivered on Friday May 19th.Order History > Order Details ORDER DATE: May 18, 2023 at 09:36am. ORDER STATUS: CANCELLED I was going to visit the grieving family today, expecting to see the flowers and I read an e-mail this morning, Sat May 20th that the order was cancelled... Incredibly disappointed in Teleflora. The first time I ordered from them, the order was cancelled midday after already being out for delivery and then had to be attempted again the next day. Tried one more time because of the incessant discount emails and ordered a bouquet of pink peonies. What was delivered was a yellow & red bouquet of mostly Peruvian lilies and daisies. was not delivered as asked, but was still charged the extra fee!!

They switch up the size of the promised bouquet hoping the giver never actually sees it.
