What was delivered was far less than advertised. Have pictures of the standard, deluxe, and premium offerings of the arrangement that was advertised. Ordered the Premium. The arrangement delivered does not even measure up to the lowest version in size or features. Zero stars for not providing value. The only positives were on-time delivery and freshness of the flowers.

Received a bouquet that was not even close to the premium bouquet we ordered. This was a gift for my grandmothers 92nd birthday, and I was mortified when I saw them.

Utterly utterly let down. I ordered flowers yesterday for my wife for our 25th anniversary which is today. Here is the email they sent me at 2:38pm. They offered to deliver them tomorrow. Just imagine bringing flowers to your wife one day late on such a signature life event.Dear ****** Thank you for your Teleflora order. Disappointing - the ************** delivered did not look like the photo. There were no carnations in the photo but they were in what was delivered, which also seemed skimpy. However, they were delivered on the same day (although guarantee required $15 extra).

You deserve zero stars. Really really garbage experience. You sent me and email saying you could not fill the order and I would be getting a refund. I had to order the flowers from someone else. Then today I receive a delivery confirmation and no refund. Follow up with customer service even worse experience.

Ordered an arrangement of peonies for my wife's birthday delivered today 06/09 and they delivered an arrangement of flowers and not 1 peonie was in the arrangement. Never again will I use TeleFlora
