Horrible experience. We decided we were going to go with them to deliver flowers for our wedding. We ordered a sample arrangement just to see if its what we wanted and see how smooth everything moved along. We placed the order and waited for our delivery. We the received a delivery confirmation however we received no flowers. Waited almost an hour and still no flowers. I called customer service that fought with me before finally refunding my money. We ordered the red wagon, that was supposed to say, It's a boy. But it did not. Just a red wagon with a few flowers in it. There was so much greenery! It was very disappointing. I was embarrassed this was what was delivered to the hospital after the birth.
Now that i see the reviews below, i should have been forewarned. I spent 20 minutes searching for where to input the promo code. Tried the chat function multiple times which said #1 in queue, and then came back with no agents available. Absolutely terrible experience online, and I don't even know what the flowers look like yet!
I paid extra to have it delivered by 1 pm because they were leaving for the night to spend time with family and now its 3 pm still not delivered and they just left and now itll be sitting out until they get home tomorrow night, probably will be stolen.
I received a different floral arrangement than what I purchased. It arrived a day early but very disappointed that on the order was wrong. My kids picked it for their dad and was shocked and sad that it was wrong. Please do better in the future, the arrangement was a nice but a lot smaller floral arrangement.

I ordered and was charged for a birthday balloons which was not delivered. Disappointed as it was for a birthday and she is hospitalized. The flowers were smaller than the premium I ordered and paid for.

Not impressed--our order was CXL less than 2 hours after teleflora confirmed it! Never again!! Buy local!!
