There was a glitch with the system that populated the wrong information in the deliver to: section of the order. This is not acceptable. I had to then call and spend way too much time getting this corrected. Over here mourning the death of someone, to then have to go through this. Very upsetting.

Absolutely horrible.. flowers are dead and the arrangement is simply disgusting
I paid the $15 upcharge to make sure the delivery was there before 1pm local time. It got there at 4:47 pm. Have they reached out to me to refund the extra fee or apologize- No. So will not be using them again. Only give them 2 stars cause at least the flowers were pretty.

Ordered flowers for my granddaughter who just got out of the hospital. They were supposed to be delivered today but they were not. I was not notified that they canceled my order because what I ordered wasn't available. I said if someone would've called me I could've chosen a different arrangement. They said it might take 10 days to get my $65 back and if I want to order something else I would have to give them another $65 or the price of another arrangement. Will never use them again.

Delivery was good. Problem is the flowers that were sent were NOT the flowers I chose. They weren't even a little bit close in style. Thats frustrating. I chose that particular style because that's what I wanted and to see what was actually sent was night and day. I won't use this company again. I wasn't even notified.

I understand that they contract with local florists, but I was very disappointed with them. The flowers I ordered didnt get delivered on the day contracted. They offered no compensation for failure to deliver. Not happy.

Sent a premium bouquet to my mother after surgery. I am so embarrassed. The sad and frankly, stupid scrawny looking thing that showed up didn't even look anything like the cheaper version of what I purchased. My mother sent me pictures and thanked me for the flowers and all I could do was shake with anger. I have used teleflora so many times.
