The flower display was very small, so although it was pretty, we were very disappointed. Won't be using your services in the future.

Awful service. Written in black and white, **** Day Delivery, however ordered Birthday flowers the day before and paid extra to gave delivered by 1:00 on CDST. I was there for appointment, flowers not delivered. Called Teleflora, was informed, they called flower shop and no answer. They credited $15 before 1pm delivery. The Birthday flowers were NOT delivered the day of the Birthday NOR the day after the Birthday. Ordered flower to my ******************** service with instruction to deliver 1 hr early at 3pm (service at 4pm) but I received delivery notification at 5:30 when service was done already. Called customer service and they cant get a hold or explanation from floral owner abt the exact time to complete and its unacceptable for that. They said they are going to refund to me but havent seen it. Going to wait for another week, if not Im going to call again !! Terrible, not going to order again

Absolutely disappointed and embarrassed! Flowers were never delivered to the funeral home!

I think I will never use Teleflora again. I ordered a lovely Sympathy vase for my cousin who lost her husband. What was delivered was very disappointing! For $94.00 I guess I was expecting something that came close to what the picture looked like and what she got was basically a bunch of leaves with a couple roses added in. I tried to contact the florist but of course......no one answers the phone!! I would never recommend you for flowers again!

I did not receive what I ordered. I sent pictures which reflected the difference of what i ordered and what was received. Very disappointing!!!

I ordered a birthday bouquet with a balloon. I specified for the flowers not to be substituted. They were and no balloon . 30%refund is not sufficient. My instructions was ignored. Dont use teleflora

I sent a birthday arrangement of tropical flowers for June 2, 2023. I was able to see the recipient on June 8 and she informed me that she never received any flowers. Very disappointed with Teleflora and will contact the BBB. I do not recommend them.

What a joke! Completely different than what I ordered! $75 birthday cake bouquet ordered and a cheap glass vase with flowers stuck in it delivered! The local grocery store wouldve had a better bouquet!
