The day that you were supposed to deliver a sympathy plant arrangement you instead sent me a email stating that you couldnt fulfill the order. Of course you managed to accept my payment. Now I am waiting to get the money back and scrambling to send something from an area florist. Extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend Teleflora to anyone.

My order was NOTHING like the picture and description! I ordered that particular one because it was beautiful and safe for cats. It had only 4 small plants instead of 6 large and the plants were different than what was listed so not sure if they are safe for cats!! Way, way smaller, looked quite cheap??I can send pics if you like. Id like a refund ASAP please, first time I ordered from you and its definitely the last!! This is total misrepresentation!!! It wasnt even worth the 1 star!

Extremely disappointed. According to the tracking information, the order is still with the florist as of 6/5/23. It was supposed to be delivered for a funeral mass on 6/2/23. I even paid $15 extra to ensure an earlier delivery time. I feel totally ripped off & will never use Teleflora again. I should have paid closer attention to all the negative reviews this company has received. Do not make promises you dont intend to keep, especially when people are grieving. I ordered the premium 24 red rose arrangement. Received 14 purple and white roses without the baby breath filler. Not what I ordered at all. Also was delivered at 8:30pm for a birthday. Very dissatisfied!!!

So, I placed a special distinguished service bundle of flowers/spray/casket etc. for dads funeral. We show up tonight at the visitation and they werent delivered! I called Teleflora and they said they had canceled my order! No phone call or email! I Will not be doing business with them again. Unacceptable business

I sent my sister some sympathy flowers. I order azaleas so she could plant them on a family members grave and Teleflora sent something COMPLETELY different and wrong. They sent a bright basket of ivy and daffodils- a happy birthday basket. Im so heartbroken and disappointed.

Horrendous!!! You failed to deliver flowers to a funeral home and failed to contact us by email or phone that the flowers were never delivered. But send us an email asking for a review?! I had to contact you to see why they werent delivered. Horrible company. Will never even consider using your services again. No excuses to not follow up with your customers when you cant provide the service you offer, especially for a funeral.
I ordered flowers to delivered on a Sunday- same delivery service was offered. Paid extra charges for this and the flowers were never delivered. It was for a very time sensitive & sympathy of a hard day for a friend. This was a horrible experience & same day delivery should not be offered -if you plan to order that way I would not trust Teleflora.
