Very disappointed. The basket that was sent looked NOTHING like the one I ordered. Supposed to be a mixture of live plants and fresh flowers. cheap flowers and no plants. Not the nice basket shown but a cheap shiny white one. Supposed to have a fairy theme but not at all. i chose teleflora because they work with local florists thinking better quality. Not the case. if there was a zero star box I would have checked that. My grandaughter lives **** miles away from us and was having her first ballet recital and the best thing we could do is send her a bouquet of flowers. Well telaflora booked the order and said the flowers would be delivered but that was not the case. Telaflora blew it bigtime. I could not be more disappointed. To make matters worse they offered me a measly discount for my next order, as if I would ever trust them to do the right thing again.
I ordered with guaranteed delivery for same day. They have not been delivered yet. When and if they get delivered they better be as pictured!!!

I give this company ZERO stars!!!I ordered a wristlet for my daughter for her First Prom. I ordered it two weeks in advance and set up delivery for the day BEFORE Prom.Fast forward to Delivery Day. Not only did they NOT deliver but they waited until after 4pm to tell me that they could not even COMPLETE my order.
