Incompetent. Ordered flowers 3 days in advance for funeral, flowers arrived 3 hours AFTER the service was over! Specifically gave them hours and they guaranteed they would deliver on time. Flowers are sitting in delivery room at funeral home and the family has to pick up. Sadly they have no respect for the deceased and the family.

I paid extra for guaranteed delivery by 1 p.m. ... which didn't happen.And worse yet, the flowers were a gift, and there was NOTHING on the page indicating that lilies are very toxic to cats. So the recipient's cat got into the flowers and is currently at the vet.

Disappointed and embarrassed. I ordered the same arrangement a month ago for a loss in our family and it was beautiful. This arrangement was cheap and embarrassing. Would have sent a picture but would have been inappropriate since it was another funeral service for a relative. Not even close to what is advertised and should be made right with a refund.

I am not happy. The flower arrangement I ordered had roses and *****'s. The floral arrangement I got had white and yellow daisy's. That's all. I spent $72 dollars for an arrangement that looks like it came out of the grocery store. I will never order from this site again.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a bouquet and something else from what I picked was delivered and on the wrong day ******. Teleflora did not inquire from me what kind of bouquet replacement I wanted to send . They just picked on their own and it was not even along the lines of what I paid . I am highly dissappointed . I will never be shopping from here again .

Dissatisfied! First I received a confirmation email that the flowers were hand-delivered to the recipient. Since I live in the same house and placed the order, Imagine my surprise getting that email when no flowers were delivered. I get on the phone with customer service and I'm told that there out for delivery and that I would receive another confirmation email when the order was delivered.
