I sent my sister some sympathy flowers. I order azaleas so she could plant them on a family members grave and Teleflora sent something COMPLETELY different and wrong. They sent a bright basket of ivy and daffodils- a happy birthday basket. Im so heartbroken and disappointed.

Delivered on time. Not at all what we ordered. I did NOT want roses delivered. That's why I choose what I ordered. I want a full refund. I have photos.

Horrendous!!! You failed to deliver flowers to a funeral home and failed to contact us by email or phone that the flowers were never delivered. But send us an email asking for a review?! I had to contact you to see why they werent delivered. Horrible company. Will never even consider using your services again. No excuses to not follow up with your customers when you cant provide the service you offer, especially for a funeral.

I ordered flowers to delivered on a Sunday- same delivery service was offered. Paid extra charges for this and the flowers were never delivered. It was for a very time sensitive & sympathy of a hard day for a friend. This was a horrible experience & same day delivery should not be offered -if you plan to order that way I would not trust Teleflora.

Horrible Experience. The flowers werent delivered on the promised date and then when they arrived some of the flowers were dead. When I reached out to customer service they said they would have them delivered the next day with a different florist. The flowers werent delivered the next day instead they were delivered two days later. The flowers look nothing like the flowers I ordered. Obsolete garbage received by recipient compared to what we ordered. I understood that we would not get exactly what was shown on the site, however, it was an embarrassment to see what was sent on what was meant to be a special occasion.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered flowers for a birthday gift, and I got two emails saying that my order was in process and that they would be delivered. Well, they didn't get delivered at all. I will NEVER use this service ever again. ***** M of ****

Ordered Zen artistry for $69.99 , the highest price for this arrangement. It hardly looked like what I had ordered. The florist should have called me if they did not have most of what it took to make this arrangement. There was nothing Zen about the arrangement my friend received and not worth the money I spent for the upgrade.
