Utterly utterly let down. I ordered flowers yesterday for my wife for our 25th anniversary which is today. Here is the email they sent me at 2:38pm. They offered to deliver them tomorrow. Disappointing - the ************** delivered did not look like the photo. There were no carnations in the photo but they were in what was delivered, which also seemed skimpy. However, they were delivered on the same day (although guarantee required $15 extra).

You deserve zero stars. Really really garbage experience. You sent me and email saying you could not fill the order and I would be getting a refund. I had to order the flowers from someone else. Then today I receive a delivery confirmation and no refund. Follow up with customer service even worse experience.

Ordered an arrangement of peonies for my wife's birthday delivered today 06/09 and they delivered an arrangement of flowers and not 1 peonie was in the arrangement. Never again will I use TeleFlora

Very disappointed with the quality of the flower arrangement I ordered for my friends birthday. The bouquet looked nothing like what was on the website. I paid over $100. It didnt look like it was worth $30
