You deserve zero stars. Really really garbage experience. You sent me and email saying you could not fill the order and I would be getting a refund. I had to order the flowers from someone else. Then today I receive a delivery confirmation and no refund. Follow up with customer service even worse experience.

Ordered an arrangement of peonies for my wife's birthday delivered today 06/09 and they delivered an arrangement of flowers and not 1 peonie was in the arrangement. Never again will I use TeleFlora

Very disappointed with the quality of the flower arrangement I ordered for my friends birthday. The bouquet looked nothing like what was on the website. I paid over $100. It didnt look like it was worth $30

Floral arrangement was tiny & not as pictured on the site. Upgraded to *********** was so small. Not worth the $70 value.
Incompetent. Ordered flowers 3 days in advance for funeral, flowers arrived 3 hours AFTER the service was over! Specifically gave them hours and they guaranteed they would deliver on time. Flowers are sitting in delivery room at funeral home and the family has to pick up. Sadly they have no respect for the deceased and the family.

I paid extra for guaranteed delivery by 1 p.m. ... which didn't happen.And worse yet, the flowers were a gift, and there was NOTHING on the page indicating that lilies are very toxic to cats. So the recipient's cat got into the flowers and is currently at the vet.
