The flower arrangement I order is not what the recipient received. First, it was delivered on the wrong day, 2nd, i paid for orchids (premium) to be part of the arrangement and it did not have ONE orchid. Now I understand that some colors and vases might not be available, but t** was NOTHING to what I ordered and paid extra for. I complained and after a lot of back and forth they gave me a credit of $30 when I paid over $100.

The gorgeous flowers that I had ordered 8:30am on 6/18/23 for same day delivery was never delivered to my friend. If the florist to whom this order was given, couldn't make good on the same same day delivery, I would have appreciated an email. I am not a unreasonable person. Respecting a customer goes a long way in my books, and breaking a trust isn'tthe way to do it....this florist isn't representing Teleflora.com very well. Disappointed that the floral arrangement was not in the Classic Camaro car that was originally advertised and purchased. I picked the arrangement because of the car.

Horrible experience. We decided we were going to go with them to deliver flowers for our wedding. We ordered a sample arrangement just to see if its what we wanted and see how smooth everything moved along. We placed the order and waited for our delivery. We the received a delivery confirmation however we received no flowers. Waited almost an hour and still no flowers. I called customer service that fought with me before finally refunding my money. We ordered the red wagon, that was supposed to say, It's a boy. But it did not. Just a red wagon with a few flowers in it. There was so much greenery! It was very disappointing. I was embarrassed this was what was delivered to the hospital after the birth.

Now that i see the reviews below, i should have been forewarned. I spent 20 minutes searching for where to input the promo code. Tried the chat function multiple times which said #1 in queue, and then came back with no agents available. Absolutely terrible experience online, and I don't even know what the flowers look like yet!
