My Thank You arrangement order arrived and didn't even look close to what I ordered. While I understood that the arrangement may look slightly different based on flower availability, it wasn't even close and the flowers used weren't close to the picture and I now doubt the value was the same. Very few roses when the original had quite a few. The design was very basic and wasn't nearly as eye catching as the one I ordered. I won't order from here ever again!!

I've used Teleflora in the past and I'm usually satisfied, but today, for the second time, I accessed a message for the code to use my points, and I got a spam pop-up that locked my computer. The email message says I have 170 points, but when I tried to access them all kinds of alarms went off and the spam message tried to take over my computer. It upsets me that after spending more than $100 last month on a plant for my brother-in-law's funeral, I have no access to the points I supposedly earned. I went ahead and ordered th... read more
I paid good money for flower arrangements to be at a funeral, here it is 2 hours AFTER funeral and still not delivered!!
I paid for same day delivery in the morning. The flowers did not get delivered. When I called to asked why I was told the flower shop wasn't open open on Sunday. I don't understand why the website allowed me to choose same day delivery. Next time I will just call a local florist.

Will not use Teleflora again. Paid for delivery on Saturday. Was not delivered. Utilized the online chat to find out why. First could not find my order with my order number. Then when found I asked why flowers were not delivered on Saturday as paid for and was told shops are closed on weekends ?? Not a reliable company.

Trash customer service. The flowers looked like they were picked after they died. Paid for rush delivery but it didn't happen. First time using them and they've already lost a customer
