Ordered flowers for my granddaughter who just got out of the hospital. They were supposed to be delivered today but they were not. I was not notified that they canceled my order because what I ordered wasn't available. I said if someone would've called me I could've chosen a different arrangement. They said it might take 10 days to get my $65 back and if I want to order something else I would have to give them another $65 or the price of another arrangement. Will never use them again.

Delivery was good. Problem is the flowers that were sent were NOT the flowers I chose. They weren't even a little bit close in style. Thats frustrating. I chose that particular style because that's what I wanted and to see what was actually sent was night and day. I won't use this company again. I wasn't even notified.

I understand that they contract with local florists, but I was very disappointed with them. The flowers I ordered didnt get delivered on the day contracted. They offered no compensation for failure to deliver. Not happy.

Sent a premium bouquet to my mother after surgery. I am so embarrassed. The sad and frankly, stupid scrawny looking thing that showed up didn't even look anything like the cheaper version of what I purchased. My mother sent me pictures and thanked me for the flowers and all I could do was shake with anger. I have used teleflora so many times. I am very disappointed. I requested a specific delivery date, and instead, the flowers were delivered two days early. A dear friend lost her husband earlier this year and I wanted the flowers to arrive on their anniversary date because I know that's going to be a very difficult, sad day for her. I really wanted to surprise her and let her know we were thinking of her on that specific day.
