The worst arrangement i have ever seen. Telaflora is very nice but I would be weary of the florists. They embarrassed me and riipped me off. I ordered the premium bouquet it looked cheap and very few flowers not resembling what I had ordered.I was given a discount its not even worth that. That florist should be ashamed of its self. I am just furious and will never order online again.

I ordered the most expensive option for my order for a friend for her birthday and what arrived was extremely disappointing. The photo showed very little flowers and extremely small; smaller than the least expensive option to choose from. I will not be ordering from telefloral again and have had better experience at other places.

Not the flowers I ordered. The size was wrong and there were no orange roses. Disappointed.

Very disappointed with the birthday flowers that were delivered. First, they never showed they were delivered online and then when I saw the actual arrangement, I was even more disappointed for how much I spent. I gave 2 stars because I was refunded $24 out of $98. Ugh. The florist they used should be reviewed. The next time I order flowers I'll go directly through a local florist.

So disappointed. I saw a photo of the America the beautiful bouquet I ordered and it looked nothing like the online sample. All I can say is one and done.

There was a glitch with the system that populated the wrong information in the deliver to: section of the order. This is not acceptable. I had to then call and spend way too much time getting this corrected. Over here mourning the death of someone, to then have to go through this. Very upsetting.

I paid the $15 upcharge to make sure the delivery was there before 1pm local time. It got there at 4:47 pm. Have they reached out to me to refund the extra fee or apologize- No. So will not be using them again. Only give them 2 stars cause at least the flowers were pretty.
