It was relatively easy to order. The delivery was punctual. The price was pretty high. What I ordered was nothing like what was delivered. The flowers that were delivered were pretty (the recipient sent a photo along with a thank you), but it wasn't at all like what I ordered.

Slightly disappointed that the service fees have increased in the manner in which they have. Teleflora has been my go to service provider for nearly 20 years now but with slow delivery times, delayed updates and fees in excess of $21 I will likely take my business elsewhere.
Absolutely disappointed in every way. Barely any communication about my order. I paid extra to have it delivered same day and now, just before 8:00pm I get an email saying they wont be delivering it because of weather I live in ***** and it is completely clear, with no bad weather in sight. I could have used another service and now its too late.

Ordered and paid the additional fee of $15 to have delivered by 1pm. No delivery by 1, no delivery at all, still waiting.

I dont know what to think. I placed an order at 8 a.m. this morning and agreed to pay extra to have it delivered by 1 p,m, It is now 9 pm and the order has never been delivered. Terrible service. Last time I will ever order from you!

Order did not arrive. It said it was hand delivered. I have requested a refund and better get it !! Not impressed at all.

I picked the daily special as I wanted delivery same day but disappointed that there was no spot to provide preferences, even it they couldn't be honoured. Also disappointed as it doesn't seem that the order went to mmy nearest Teleflora florist. I used Teleflora as I can't go out right now, but since I now know that my local florist has an on-line order capability I will probably use them in the future.

Your discounts never work, and you failed to give me credit last time when the stuffed animal was not delivered with the flowers. Also, you should be up front with your hidden fees ($21 extra dollars for nothing but greed).

I ordered two bouquets for delivery to two homes. One met the expectation. The other was not only fewer flowers but not even the same as ordered. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I understand exceptions are needed sometimes but this wasn't even close to the same size or quality ?? A $20 credit compensates for less flowers but does not address the recipients reaction to such a shabby bouquet.
